8Not a bad place. If you're getting new service, make sure you pay attention to what plan they're putting you on. I almost had a heart attack when my first bill for 2 lines was $303. Called customer service and they fixed it.
My assistant was very helpful. Was able to upgrade my phone and it’s just nice to go in and out with no problems. Awesome store keep up with the great work

I recently visited the AT&T store located at 1915 N COUNTY RD W about my wireless service, the service of the young man that attended us was excellent he was helpful and very polite
Was told he hasn’t been off in a month and has worked everyday open to close. This not the first time ive seen his dedication. Back in 2020 he was going through the same thing I can’t believe he hasn’t quit. Alex is a monster get him help or promote him out!
Only 3 stars because I got there and it was open one star for the lady ready to go home and didint care
MANAGER HAS AN IQ OF A ROCK. HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS. I RECOMMEND SWITCHING TO VERIZON AFTER DEALING WITH ASSOCIATES OF AT&T. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNEDUCATED STAFF. SMDH!
