Fred gave me GREAT customer service today, i had an issue with my charging port not grabbing the charger that i just bought. He cleaned my charging port of debris and also assisted me with a few changes i needed to make with my plan. I will ask for him by name the next time i visit. Customer service like the kind he exhibits is hard to come by these days!

The fixed half the problem with grand daughter coming in and getting new phones and $200 accessories- giving me a monthly bill of $345 or more monthly and I'm a senior- I think we resolved that but have the same problem: my goal is to get her onto her own plan. I mentioned that I can barely hear on my iPhone 8 Plus and that I thought my speakers were out: I will see if I can find a repair or replacement shop pretty soon. (no one really cares when the senior citizens complains- I suppose we should just stick to the old rotary type phones)

We had an absolutely perfect experience and Emerson was waiting at the door when we arrived. He is a very calm, friendly, and helpful gentleman. He was the rep that helped us in 2018 when I purchased my last phone. So happy we got to have him help us again this time. It was a pleasure! Thank you!

Mitzi L, at the Tyler North store by the mall, was OUTSTANDING! She is a true professional, outstanding customer service rep and very pleasant. She took care of all my issues with a bad phone and honestly, if not for her, I would have switched to Verizon after over 20 years with AT&T. Great job Mitzi L! We’ll definitely be back!

We went into the ATT Wireless store to get our AutoPay updated to a new card. They were most helpful and got it done quickly.
The reason we went in is because it’s practically impossible for a customer to make a phone call to the phone company these days. And leaving a request for a call-back never works. Frustrating!

I'm very disappointed that the AT&T insurance I've been paying for for 2 years was EXTREMELY difficult to use. Your way of handling is repulsive. I did not get the insurance on my new phone. Honestly I made the decision to get a new phone because I don't have the time or inclination to go through the drill you make people go through to use it!
As far as apple goes if it were not for the fact everything I gave us Apple I would have purchased another brand. So your people in Tyler did their job well and were nice to deal with but I have little regard for AT&T and Apple!
I would not recommend either to a perspective customer!

Several month later update. 9/5/22
My bill has not been what I was told it would be. I went back to the store and I was explained there were “carry over charges” my bill would adjust back the following month. It did but guess what, one month later it was incorrect again!
So back to the store spoke with the manager. DeShawn, he was extremely helpful and once again corrected my bill.

My heads up to you…… dealing with the Tyler store people on Broadway has been successful, all I can say is AT&T as a company is confusing and they should quit spending money on TV advertising and give you what you want and expect the first time. They are not a well managed company!

So Andrew tackled my complicated issues of transferring from another company so i could get the service i will need for 2 months of working and hiking in Spain. He gave me that gave me discounts. He gave me a cool new phone for $66. He continued to problem solve every single issue that came up. It all took a while but he was unfailingly pleasant and couteous. I am so glad to be back with AT&T

If you want satisfied customers; start with providing them with the stores number, and not some ranky dank indian service center. I made a call because thee insurance you force on people told me to go to the store. Waited 15 minuutes on the phone only to be greeted by people you can't even understand. That's fine, but telling me they can't help me because they literally don't know what to do is annoying. If I were to be connected with someone who i can understand, and can understand me wouldd actually have resolved the issue. Now, I understand saving millions by paying them pennys, but you should understand what customer service is before redirecting everyone t people who don't even know how to do their job. The people in store are great, but guess what? That's obviously not who you've got to deal with when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE. As wrll, do you understand why people are so frustrated when they talk to these illegible people? It's the annoying as 10 second wait in-between choices while calling. You'll never fix it so there's no bother in even writing this, but someone will read this, and they won't choose At&t because you're so uptight and annoying.

Everything was great! Jose waited on me and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The only change I would make (if I had to choose something) would be that the store had more color options available for my phone. They only had black, which isn't bad, but I would have preferred green.

I went in to switch from Verizon to AT&T. Everyone was very helpful and I was helped as fast I could be. Very good customer service!

Fast service. I walked right in and was helped immediately. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a cracked screen cover which he replaced for me.

My Mom was a dedicated customer for over 50 years with AT&T. When she passed away, they kept taking money from her account for several months. I called them several times, went two stores, provided death certificate and letter of testamentary. They would not refund the money. Stealing from a dead person!

We received excellent service at this location. Particularly our sells rep Mitzi DeLeon went above and beyond to help us with a switch from another company. She stayed late one night then through many calls to our other service provider she diligently fixed our issue. We are very grateful.

I had a problem with my phone (my issue) and went to 3 different 3rd party companies to fix it and they all failed.
Finally I went to the ATT store and a guy named Stephen was able to fix my phone. From now on this is where I come. So nice and helpful!

Steven was helpful and knowledgeable. We were greeted right away and in and out the store in about 20 minutes. One of the best experiences I've had there.

I absolutely hate this location. Not sure who the Manager is (some short chubby Mexican guy) was extremely rude. My smart watch wasn't working properly, I had to return BOTH of them twice within a week. So I finally said forget it and wanted a refund. He told me I still had to pay the $55 restocking fee or call Samsung to deal with it. He was absolutely no help at all. I paid it and soon as I got home I logged into AT&T chat and they instantly refunded me back my $55. I will definitely take the time to go to another location next time.

We switched to AT&T when we got married and have been really happy with it. We are especially grateful that this location is close and has such friendly employees! Fred helped us out with upgrading my husband's phone and even remembered us when we came back a week or two later. We will definitely ask for Fred when we visit in the future.
