AT&T Store, Dallas TX

My Visit to AT&T was amazing. The sales rep LaToya B at 5567 W Lovers Ln was amazing. She was very patient, kind & informative. She deserves a raise!

D’Angelo was outstanding at customer service and assisting me with a much needed phone replacement claim! I will be back and thank you!

I just went to the store at 3: 10 pm on a Monday and it was closed! No message was posted explaining why it was closed during normal business hours.

Broken phone, Sunday evening. D'Angelo had me sorted out in no time, with patience and a great sense of humor. This is now MY ATT store for all my needs.

THEY WERE GREAT! GREG WAS THE BEST. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND HELPED ME HANDLE THINGS WITH MY NEW CELL PHONE. JUST COULDN'T BE NICER AND HELPFUL. ASK FOR HIM WHEN YOU GO IN YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.

I recently went in to check on a few devices I had and was blown away with how nice and professional the staff was! If I am not mistaking I believe the handsome young man’s name was Christopher. The most profesional and sweetest young man I have encountered! Not only was the costumer service top tier but the atmosphere was great! Totally recommend to do all your business at this store because with the devices and services you are 100% getting your moneys worth.

I went in recently for billing questions. The rep that helped me, Christian, went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he explain my bill in depth regarding a recent upgrade but was able to reduce some of my monthly charges as well! After getting this customer service I even upgraded other lines on my account. The previous reps did not explain anything in comparison to this young man. Not only will I be returning but I will be recommending this location to others. Top tier customer service from the Lovers Lane AT&T location!

Orlando is professional. Answered all questions. Offered suggestions that improved my service with AT&T. He addressed other walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner.

I recently went into this store on lovers lane and if your like me the whole process of switching phone and from one carrier to another is always a tough process but the team at the lovers location not only help my wife and daughter but Jude a employee of this store went way above and beyond in helping this process be fast and easy as can be I am so blown away with his customer service skill set I'm leaving a review and would do more to acknowledge him if I knew how I highly recommend this location and if you happen to get Mr. Jude you are in good hands AT&should give this man a raise and a team to run he is among the best at his job and willingness to go above and beyond to help the customers he deserves a raise pat on the back the whole 9 yards thanks jude

I had lost all hope with AT&T and their run around for billing. After visiting this location, I found hope again. Thank you to the AT&T Lovers location.

I went to this location to purchase a new phone. The girl was really nice but my account was a disaster after I left. Changes were made to my account that I didn't realize. They were staring at a screen and I had no idea what was being done. I had to call the help line for 4 hours to finally get it resolved. More transparency AT&T.

STAY AWAY! I signed up for new wireless service two weeks ago and have been on hold with customer service longer than I’ve actually been able to use the new iPhone.

The people there are lazy and ignorant of their own processes. Before switching back to Verizon, I decided to visit the AT&T store on Lemmon… they were way more knowledgeable and were able to fix my billing and account info within an hour.

If you decide to visit the Lovers location, then make sure to ask for all of their commitments in writing before you leave the store.

The representative was professional as well as knowledgeable it was an easy transaction. I left a satisfied customer!

Went in recently to setup new service. I first asked if ATT was on the GSM network or CDMA, because I wanted to see if I could use an existing phone I had in order to weigh my options. None of the employees knew the answer and had to look it up, which was a little surprising. I then mentioned I was already using ATT for U-Verse and Internet and that I had a offer from ATT to get an iPhone 12 with new service for x amount per month. I even showed them the email that was sent to me confirming the offer. But they said they couldn't do that and the best they could do was considerably more per month with the same plan/phone. After that they never made any attempt to offer me other options or plans. They just stood there like a deer in the headlights not saying anything, waiting for me to come up with an alternative solution. This is their product. They should be trying to sell me, not the other way around. It felt like they had no interest in getting my business at all. It was a very, very awkward experience. It was also embarrassing since there were other customers in the store watching and listening to this unusual interaction. I was so turned off I decided to stay with my current provider.

LIterally committed FRAUD.instead of using my upgrade.they created a new phone number without my consent and since it's been more than 2 weeks there is nothing customer service could do. So I am paying for 2 numbers. CHEATS! DO NOT go to this store. Plus, it took over 2 hours.

Unfriendly staff. I went in for an upgrade on my iPhone. They don’t have any for display. The associate said “we can only show you what me and the other employee have”. So I asked again to make sure I understood her correctly as I’ve never been to an att store that doesn’t have any display phones. Her reply “again, we can only show you what IPhones we personally use”. Strange. Going to a different store

Honestly so disappointed by this store. I came in looking to get a new phone and they were telling me wrong info about my account and were rude about the fact they didn’t have any iPhones in stock. Would not recommend!

The sales rep and manager really made my life super easy to get a new line. As it turns out in person customer support is super bearable and easy.
