AT&T Store, Burleson TX

Best AT&T in the tristate area, Claudia and Austin helped me with my issues faster than any other location nearby. Everyone at this location is knowledgeable and quick to move with their customers when needed, thank you guys for everything you did for me today <3

They got me a new phone. A new plan. AND SAVED ME MONEY. Much thanks to the young lady working there named Claudia. She was professional a really nice!

This store, all they can do is open an account and take your money. I opened a DirecTV account & didn't like it so I came back to the store to cancel and return my DVR. The manager was snooty. He said "I can't accept that, it's been taken out of inventory. You'll have to call AT&T. " AT&T evidently does not care about customer loyalty. There was no "sorry, what was it that you didn't like. Maybe we have some other services. Let me show you" IT was none of that. They were snobby.

This is the only AT&T location I will go to in DFW, they provide the best customer service and always make me feel welcome to ask for any assistance!

Came in with my phone that had a cracked screen on Sunday. My twins were tired but I was on call over the weekend and needed a new phone. I was trading in for a iPhone 14 which said that I could trade in my iPhone 11 for free. The agent, Austin, said that I could trade it in for that value. I upgraded the amount of data because of the cost being so low. I did not have enough time (30 minutes) to push my data over to the iPhone 14 so he said I could come back within 30 days to trade it in. One week later, the manager said that the phone is only worth $250 and would not approve of what Austin told me. Do not use this store.

The lady that helped us was incredible patient and kind. She made great suggestions and gave us great advice so that we choose what worked best for each of us. I love my new Galaxy Flip, and my boyfriend loves his choice. I am very pleased and will certainly recommend you're store. Ty.

Guy wouldn’t even help me get my pin very disappointed switchin from sprint I don’t normally leave reviews but that guy really had some nerve to not help and be real rude about it

Purchased new SE iphone and new 2022 iPad Air in about 30 min. Store was not busy, had info changed over. Sales rep was knowledgeable and polite. Excellent experience. Libby
