The associates don't care or know what they are talking about at this store. They are just trying to push products out the door and collect money, regardless of what the customer needs! I won't be going to that store ever again! Also if that happens to be the common attitude of at&t customer service and sales representatives, I and my family will be finding another provider!

This store was a terrible experience. I traded in one phone online and went and curbside pickup at a store in the woodlands. Whole process took 5 minutes. Took two hours here to get new phone. Asked the lady to not activate them and she did anyways so family members in different areas had no phone and no service. They did not understand the trade in paper work. Whole process was terrible. Could have done this job myself in 5 minutes. Just use the ATT app don’t go into the stores. Don’t ever leave bad reviews but when you’re buying brand new phones it matters little more.

This store isn’t customer friendly. I went in with my father to upgrade his phone. The male clerk confused us with a prior customer and handed us paperwork that fill out to transfer the number from another carrier. When I informed him that he may have us confused with another HE got an attitude and threw us out. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

They made us believe we would get $800 for our old phones if we bought their really expensive phones. We questioned why so much, told them we heard it was a chip shortage. The lady said as long as it was a s series Samsung we were good. Well Miss Alexa they will only credit us 50 bucks for both our phones combined. We looked and not a single phone on the list was $800. As soon as our lease or term is up we will be finding a company that doesn't lie. Hopefully by then TMOBILE will get better service in this little town. Thats the only reason we left them. #at&tsucks!

Let me 1st say, all employees have smiling faces, greet you in a friendly matter. Manager told us what the plan was and how much it was going to cost. Another young lady helped us with the activation process, ok.in 2 weeks I got 2 different notifications of what my next bill was going to be.almost $500, I go to the store, I was told by manager not to pay any attention to those, that they should not even send those out. Ok, so I ask them to tell me what my bill was going to be so I'd know what expect.they tell me, and it's $45 more than what I was quoted when setting up the account. So I get my bill in the mail. $401.go up there and they tell me I have to pay that because of charges they charge in the beginning. WHY CANT THESE PEOPLE BE TRUTHFUL IN THE BEGINNING AND TELL YOU WHAT TO EXPECT? And the amounts the manager told me for the cost of the phones are totally wrong also. 1 was quoted for $5 a month and the other for $1 a month both for 36 months, well the $5 one is now $7.78 and the $1 one is now $5.78 a month. It's not like they don't do that everyday. Very dissatisfied with the untruthfulness and the misleading info they put out there. I'm not looking forward to my next month bill in fear that it will yet be a higher bill than quoted. I will give updates in the future on billing. I do like being able to go in the store to pay the bill.

Marquez was amazing. Got my liquid glass applied quick and perfect. All of the staff is super helpful and sweet, great attitudes.

Monica was excellent. Went to the Mexia ATnT and she really knew her stuff. She needs a promotion for sure. Excellent customer service and took care of our needs.

After reading the reviews on this store I knew this was the store that I wanted to go to for help. Monica helped me and she was so pleasant she did an excellent job. I got a new phone, I do not have Wi-Fi and didn't have any way to transfer
my data over, she did it with such ease and in a short time and was so reassuring. Great store. Thank you Monica.

By far my best AT&T experience yet. Needed a new phone because my old one died. Got a new one and was out of the store with little money out of pocket and in a very reasonable amount of time! Highly recommend this AT&T store over others in the area!
