Been into the Lindale AT&T store three times in the last two days. What has happened to customer service? Seems like if your not buying something no one wants to help. The last time I went in they wouldn't even look at my phone.

Normally I despise having to go into AT&T stores. However the crew at the Lindale store are fantastic! They are beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. They are efficient and very cognizant of people’s time. Thank you so very much and keep it up!

Kept trying to up sale internet when I told them six times I didn't care to have it.

They kept trying to get me to add a line when I told them I didn't care to.

They didn't have the phone I wanted told me no one had the 14 pro because Apple hasn't started shipping them yet they would have to be back ordered. When Walmart did actually have 6 - 14 pros.

It was so horrible that I almost canceled everything and went to Verizon.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had doing business with AT&T

We went to the At&T store in Lindale, TX.
Jeremy was amazingly helpful! He was kind, professional and quick to make helpful suggestions. We're thankful for his help. He's probably one of the best customer service representatives we've delt with.

Cannon was great helping my wife set up her new phone. He stayed after hours to make sure we had what we needed. She uses her phone for business purposes and needed a new working phone immediately. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. A very polite and professional young man! Thank you very much!

I don't use AT&T but my mother does. I went into the store to see if she is eligible for an upgrade. She is elderly and I handle her account. I didn't have the proper info to let the agent access her account and we even tried several attempts at calling my mom to get the code for 2 step verification, but mom was unable to help with this. My agent was very patient, other customers started coming in but she very kindly told them she would be with them In a moment. Of course I told her to go ahead and wait on the others while I attempted to get mom's help. Lol. I don't remember the agent's name but she was very kind and attentive to my needs and tried to assist in every way she could. This all made me feel good that my mother is in good hands with AT&T.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, drive the extra miles to Tyler if you want someone reliable to help you!
If I could give this place negative stars, I totally would! It was the worst, and most frustrating experience of my life! We went in to get new service/phones as we recently moved to the area and our old service did not work. We walked in the very first day, and after 4 frustrating hours of trying to get the service set up, we were told to come back the next day as the store was closing. Courtney, a newer employee apparently, messed up everything in the system so back we came the next day. This time, we were helped by Camron, he set us up with the phones (only took 2 1/2 hours this time) and off we go. We get home, checked my email, only to find out one hotspot device we ordered would not be here until January of 2023… what? Camron did not bother to mention that, instead he signed us up for additional items, without even asking, our bill had an additional $60/month charge we did not agree with. So we had to call AT&T to get all the extra items canceled, including the hotspot, so another 2 hours on the phone with customer service. I called the store to complain, and the very unhelpful store manager, Jeremy, pretty much hung up on me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I went to this store to find out why my phone wasn't allowing me to accept calls. My SIM card was old, and needed to be replaced. Fine. No problem. They offered me a contract, and told me that my bill would be almost the same as my prepaid. $80 is NOT anywhere near the same as $50! I canceled the contract, but they wouldn't give me back my prepaid account. They told me to call customer service. Customer service told me to go back to the store! I will NEVER go back to this store again! They refuse to help you if they can't make money off you. I've been with AT&T for over 20 years. This was unacceptable!

I can not say enough about Courtney your employee at the Lindale store super sweet lady. She helped us we got there at 10.am she work on ours phones until 3. To complicated to explain in a review. This lady went way beyond.didn't eat lunch until around 3. I can not say enough about Courtney thank yoi

The one guy working never acknowledged us walking in. Apparently he was helping someone with their phone but not speaking to anyone. We gave up and left.

This store is absolutely amazing, i was helped immediately upon my arrival. Every employee greeted me as if i were their top priority. Jasmine and jeremy are the best two managers i’ve ever encountered as a 25 year at&t customer. Allyson and Andy were the best reps and worked hard on my account i really appreciate y’all!

I recieved incredible customer service from a young gentleman by the name of Jacob. I had purchased a cellular tablet from Best Buy and wanted to add it to my AT&T account. Not knowing much about the tablet or how the service worked, Jacob quickly had me all set up. I appreciate his patience and strong commitment to customer service.

My wife and I had been trying to work with the att call center to solve our issues to no avail.
Spoke with store manager and he assured me he could help solve our issues.
Took the wife in and the manager had our issues solved in short order.
Fantastic service.thank you
