AT&T Store, Dripping Springs TX

It took a while to get everything updated, down loaded and coordinated! Lucas was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process enjoyable. He is a very nice person, and I felt he was an excellent employee.

I had the best experience ever! Dru and Dee are so helpful and very nice! I have never had a better experience so I highly recommend going and seeing them!

The Manager is legit honest and very accommodating. Very trustworthy and I felt comfortable talking with him about products and appreciate his candour.

Got a new IPhone on Friday night before heading out of town on Saturday am. During the trip I realized that my phone was not working, so I called ATT on my hubbys phone but they couldn’t resolve my issue. So I found an ATT store in Dripping Springs, these guys worked so hard to resolve my problems and when it took longer than expected, they were so apologetic. I felt so well taking care of and left with all my problems resolved! Totally an awesome experience!

Great experience. Ask for Sterling, he is the most honest, helpful sales rep I have ever worked with. Highly recommend this location.

We sat down with Byron today and he was so thorough and took as much time as was needed to answer every question we had as a family. He did not miss a step and never got in a hurry. He confirmed every decision we needed to make before it happened. Alyssa was wonderful, and helped me straighten out a complex issue with my elderly mom's cell phone account

The staff there not willing to help. My husband and I went in there to replace his prepaid cellphone. We were told that they had no more prepaid cellphones. Ok, so then we decided to go from prepaid account to an actual account. Gave so many excuses that we probably wouldn't be able to go from prepaid to the actual AT&T account. And then out of the cell phones that my husband chose, they were out of those cell phones too. We honestly felt they didn't want to help us. They really need to hire staff that want to work. Would not recommend going to that location.

Unfortunately the service at this location was very poor. Walked into this location looking for a new line for my existing device. 4 hours later (over two days) I came out empty handed. Staff seem to lack the necessary training to perform simple transactions. Do not recommend this location.
