AT&T Store, Magnolia TX

I was having some issues with my phone and was greeted by Romeo Palacios. He was able to answer all of my questions and get my phone back to working properly. He was very knowledgeable and was even able to help me with some upgrading questions in the future. He was very patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend coming into the store and getting helped by him!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Dayton was great to work with. He recommended some accessories that I needed, but did not try to pressure me into buying things I did not want. 10 out of 10.

Bad satff, has no clue what they are doing specifically the fair guy at the store (can't remember his name) hopeless has no clue about anything, he couldn't understand a simple process how tradein works.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Dayton. Came in for a new phone and to get 2 watches off my plan and get a new one. He was very cool and professional and got me through the entire process great. Will definitely be back, and hope to have Dayton as a rep again

Mr Crossley was one of the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve dealt with. He had answers to all my questions and spent a bunch of time taking care everything was in order.

Recently went to change providers and get a new phone at this location and the guy that helped us was informative and helpful made the transfer super easy and quite rapidly and while I was in there I saw every customer comfortable with who they were working with that just says a lot, I’m glad I chose this location.

Joe was a huge help! He was able to resolve my issue and my phone is working again. Joe immediately greeted me when I arrived and logged me into the system. When it was my turn for help, he did a great job explaining everything.

Arthur was TOTALLY AMAZING He was able to resolve my issue within about 10 minutes. Arthur was friendly and helpful.

Ian helped us and was extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he catch that we were getting over charged, he also found discounts for us when combining accounts. He was extremely patient with us and stayed with us till the end, was around 3 hours. I will ask for Ian and recommend going to see him.

Lefty was awesome! Yes, the sales representative at this AT&T store that helped us the other day was named Lefty! He was one of the funniest and helpful humans we have ever come in contact with. Honestly we try to avoid this store because of some bad experiences in the past but Lefty changed all that for us and we are grateful. The reason we went in was my wife's iPhone 8 was having battery issues so we both decided to come in for upgrades. He talked us through all of the differences between the new iPhone 13's, new service plans, etc.and helped us with setting up the new phones. When we learned it would take a few hours and strong wifi to move all of our information over, Lefty let us leave the two phones with him at the store while we went out for lunch. Came back a few hours later and the phones were all done. He was an incredible help and was so patient with us. I highly recommend going in and asking for Lefty.

Arthur was fantastic. He went out of hisway to upgrade a sim chip. He also got all our upgraded phones up and running! We will be back.

Great experience upgrading my wife's phone yesterday with Arthur. He was articulate, knowledgeable, and a genuine person who made the entire process very easy. The staff was very accommodating for the most part. The person waiting on us could have been a little more knowledgeable on their other services beside mobile phones.
