She is a very knowledgeable and has a welcoming demeanor.
She's always honest and upfront on what to expect on billing and any other concerns you may have.

Had a great experience at this location. I was looking for an iPad for a grandchild and they had the one for me, it was affordable and would do everything my grandchild needs it to do! The lady who took care of me was very knowledgeable and helpful with every question I had! Can’t say enough!

Go see Roberta. She’s always nice, very professional and attentive. She’s always there to help me and answer any questions that I may have.

Got in quickly. I had bought a new Phone and it didn't come with a cord to charge. None of mine worked. They explained that all new phone have new ways of charging. Cost me $111 for a box, car adapter and 2 cords

Best store in town. The store manager Michael and his staff are always helpful and professional every time i enter the store.

I met with some random lady at this AT&T store and her customer service was excellent. I felt so comfortable and she made it easy for me. I think her name was Roberta. She deserves some recognition.

John Gray always does a fantastic job for us and handles any questions about any problem we have. He spells it all out what we are signing up for. He is the most knowledgeable phone salesperson we know. We will be back! John, don't ever leave!

The whole team of reps is great! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Management is always helpful and there to assist if needed. Would recommend this store any day of the week.

My name is Katina and I'm using my friend's computer to leave a review for a young lady that works at the AT&T location 250 Richmond Ranch Rd in Texarkana. Her name was Ashley and I appreciate her for being honest, kind, resourceful, and respectful. She was patient with assisting us find the perfect phone for my daughter and wallet.

My husband and I visited the Richmond Ranch location 11/30/22. When we walked in we saw 3 employees standing together and approached them. One spoke to us and my husband who is a jokester made a statement (I don’t remember what) while laughing. The employee turned and went to a table and sat down evidently perturbed. We were given her to deal with as we were looking to change from a different provider and also upgrade.
Once again my husband made a statement while laughing and she said something about she “doesn’t put up with” foolishness. The wording was different but the point came across. She was rude and unprofessional. Another employee heard and looked like a deer in the headlights. Like he couldn’t believe what he had seen and heard.
She acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered.
We left, went to our current provider, made a purchase and plan change. As we left she did say “Have a good day” with her back to us as she walked away. AT&T, you lost out. We’ve been a loyal customer for 12 years with our service and will continue with them.

Zack did a great job today! He explained everything in a way I could understand and I felt he definitely knew what I was looking for and answered all my questions. Very professional and helpful!
