Jonathan at the northeast kenworthy store was awesome. Helped me find what I needed and did not push anything I didn’t need in order to sell me something. While I was waiting for my data to transfer from my old phone I was approached by several team members to make sure I didn’t need anything. Will def be going here in the future

Save your money and go do business with a company that takes customer service seriously unless you want to pay for something your completely unhappy with manager Julio was unhelpful and rude not to mention service in El Paso with att is unacceptable i was unable to receive my phone back after just three days of trading in my devices ridiculous!

The rep Patrick was extremely helpful…shout out to Patrick. I hadn't been able to use my phone other than calls for about a week, he figured out the problem with my phone extremely quick and fixed it. Super helpful and friendly. I was anxious about having to go in to get it fixed, so I was extremely happy with how quickly I got in and out.

Jonathan helped me out with getting home internet and ran into several issues along the way but was patient with me all along the way. Problems took over a week to resolve before i finally received my package for fiber internet. Long story short i didn’t receive the correct connections to install myself so Jonathan got a technician out to my apartment and everything is amazing now. Big thank you to Jonathan and the team for helping me out.
