Abby Diaz was fantastic.
She helped us navigate changing our family plan t mobile to at& and went the extra mile to upgrade out phones and our demands to keep some numbers and to change others.
She let us reschedule appointments as we decided on what changes and every time she greeters and worked with us like we were her most important clients
All four of us thought Abby did an outstanding job on each and every visit
If 10 is the best rating then Abby deserves a 10.
She made our experience with AT&T very personable and convinced us that AT&T is the best wireless service.

Jorge was very professional, attentive & informative. He exudes what customer service should be & he made our experience a good one. He also solved our problems with our phones.
Your representative Fernando was extremely helpful even though our problem took 2 and a half hours of his time. He was always polite and kept us informed throughout the process of activating our phones. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you

Good afternoon gentlemen from AT&T, it is a pity that nothing has been resolved for me about my credit, my account was mismanaged from the beginning and no one gives me an answer or solution, they transfer me from department to department but nothing, they are just lies, I would like to know if it really is They are a serious company with their clients, they have even sent me to the fraud department and they have not solved anything for me for almost a year
Excellent staff providing me with the necessary information to communicate with Assurion to get warranty work on my Galaxy cellphone.
Jorge is a very honest man. He helped me transfer my phone number from one account to another and unlock my phone so I can use it when I travel. Very patient and excellent at his job.
I had hands down the BEST experience I've ever had at an at&t store at this location with Shawn Dugas. He greeted me right as I walked in, guided me with so much valuable information + much appreciated honesty, and exhibited so much patience as I changed my mind a few times about which color phone I wanted to get!
Walking in, I was a bit overwhelmed as my intention was to get a new phone and a single line after being on a family line for so long, but Shawn made it so quick and easy and we had a wonderful conversation along the way. Walking out, I felt empowered as an independent account holder, excited about my new phone, and grateful that I fell into Shawn's hands for this experience!
10/10 would recommend this location, and won't be going anywhere else!
