The employees are fantastic& super nice overall. They helped me save money on my phone bill & helped me with everything I had questions for.

Went in to purchase a new screen protector. There were several employees and only a couple of customers. The employee that finally helped me was sort of rude and seemed put out. While he was replacing my screen protector, I asked if he could check on a couple of things on my phone. After he finished replacing the screen protector, he handed it back to me, gave me the packaging and then checked nothing.

I went to this store because they were supposed to be holding 2 phones for us. We were disappointed to find out that they sold them to someone else before we got there. We settled on phones with less memory, but not what we really drove all of the way there for. We could have traveled less, or ordered what we actually wanted if we had known this. Customer service is about keeping your word.

The folks are very helpful, but they need a sign-in process so they know who's next. When it gets crowded, it gets confusing as to who is next. I've seen where people who came in after others get helped before them. I've walked out twice because after waiting for a half hour, they helped someone who walked in after me

This is for AT&T as a company. I switched providers due to relatively unsatisfactory service experience and poor cellphone coverage. I was only trying out a new company to see if coverage would be better, which for the most part it is. But, due to the end result of AT&T charging me for a full billing cycle on two phones when we canceled service the day of the new billing cycle I rate 1 star and will never go back to AT&T again. I should not be charged for 14 hours of service a full billing cycle. At the very least I would understand a few days, but not 30.

Att has no interest in resolving an issue that’s going on 3 years now. They sent an Alzheimer’s patient to collections after the POA has tried without success to cancel an account that belongs to someone who has not been able to do business either health or financial… sorry excuse for a major company su as ATT to ignore the issues of the handicap

I'm not typically one to leave negative reviews, but lord have mercy my most recent experience was beyond terrible.

My phone screen broke, and I pay for insurance on my phone, so I left work for what was supposed to be a two hour outing to see about getting it either repaired or replaced. An employee told me, without even asking me about my account, that the store "wasn't even allowed to touch Samsung phones" and that I would have to go to Best Buy for a repair or replacement. I had even asked about my warranty and insurance, as I bought the phone less than a year ago, and was told, again, that I'd have to go to Best Buy. I asked the employee about the nearest location that would do that service, and was directed to the location at The Rim. So I drove for more than an hour to that location where I was told that they did not do Samsung repair, and that just about every piece of information that employee had given me was false. The Best Buy employees were kind enough to direct me to a different AT&T store where THOSE employees were able to file an insurance claim and order a replacement within twenty minutes. I'd like someone to tell me why I had to waste about $80 in wages and gas for a process that took twenty minutes. I wasted an entire day and drove for hours for what should have been a simple insurance claim.

I've had experiences with other employees at this location that were absolutely wonderful, and I can say with confidence that my bad experience is NOT a reflection of the store as a whole, but this whole ordeal has definitely discouraged me from returning, and next time I have an issue with any of my phones, I may go to a different location where I know I'll be listened to and assisted accordingly.

Was forced to find a new carrier as my old one of over 12 years, West Central Wireless, sold to Verizon. Though I wanted to keep my old S9 and phone number, the S9 was just too out of date. My biggest fear in upgrading was that I would lose stuff transferring to a new phone. Jerry Daniels was able to get me just the right Samsung and helped me to transfer all the apps, photos, contacts and videos to the new phone. Plus saved me money as my monthly payments are 10 dollars less than WSW and half of what Verizon quoted. Thanks Jerry, you made something I dreaded into something very easy, and I got to keep my old number.

Wanted to change our plans, from two to one, was being helped for over 1 1/2 hours and the associate was still on hold trying to call someone. It was much better when these were company owned stores and not out for profit only. Never got plan changed had a appointment, shouldn't take that long for what we wanted.

Was time to trade in my Phone and Leif was my technician. I was in and out of there in no time. I waited less than two minutes before I was seen and out of there with a new phone in less than 20 minutes. The only reason it took that long was for the phone to transfer data. Excellent Customer Service from Leif.

The store rep Malekai was incredibly helpful, giving great recommendations for new phones, and helping us set them up and switch over as quickly and painlessly as possible. If I could give more stars I would.
