My boyfriend and I got there at 6: 59, they let us in. Marcus and his manager were nothing but helpful and understanding. We got all of our questions answered professionally yet personally. We didn't feel rushed, and felt very confident in the end that we made the right switch to AT&T. Thanks again to Marcus and all the employees at the Brownwood, TX location to help make our experience a one to definitely recommend.

The first sales rep I spoke with was so rude and acted like I was a bother. So I asked for another sales rep. He was nice and that's the only reason it didn't get lowest rating. I am done with att not knowing what they are selling and I feel yall have false advertisements and never stand behind anything. I literally dred dealing with this company most of the time.

Customer Service at this store is the Best! I switched carriers because of poor customer service at Boost…and glad I did! Troy was very professional, knowledgeable about products and options, and helpful with my process of becoming AT&T customer! I highly recommend this store!

Matt and Brian were very helpful. I enjoyed their company and they are asset to AT&T. You need more like them.

Been to quite a few AT&T locations and gotta say, Brownwood has the worst customer service. Walked in and got nothing but dirty looks. No “hi how are you doing today? ” “How can I help? ” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Will not be coming back.

This is a small town store with small town stock. Zero. If you want a new phone, I suggest going to Abilene or getting it off of Amazon.

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer who is absolutely amazing! She is very attentive to her customer's needs and preferences. She was diligent in finding the best phone, plan, and price. She is extremely knowledgeable but does her magic with a great sense of fun!

The people are very professional and extremely knowledgeable! They answered my questions and fixed my issue in 30 minutes!

The associate "Troy" was wonderful with helping us with our issue. We absolutely "hate" their customer service by phone. Can't ever get a live person. Kept getting the runaround on the automated lines. No longer an AT&T customer.

Had to wait for a bit but they haply helped with my broken phone, with there great attitude and experience certainly don't mind waiting.
