I bought a new phone on Saturday and was back on a Monday because no1 could hear me on this phone I kept getting back and finally said I want another phone now I've had this phone less than a week and they said I have to pay a restocking fee of $55 and pay taxes on the other phone plus another $35 these people are crooked and I wouldn't recommend them to no1 I'm turning them into Bbb

1. I was completely misled about the promotion for the 4 accessories being $29.99. Didn't know until after I was charged that the bill was for $400. When I asked about the charges, THEN I was informed that was only the tax & I would have to pay installments. That was never explained upfront.
2. I was told I would get $350 rebate for my current phone which is a XR. I was rung up and charged $800 some odd dollars & when I asked about the $350 rebate for exchange, Tiffany the sales rep told me "I'm not done with that part. " I left store without receiving that rebate because I had to take phone home myself to transfer the data. See #3 below.
3. After I was charged for amounts not agreed with for accessories & phone, Tiffany the sales rep did not know how to transfer data & apps from my old phone to my new phone. She told me I had to go home & do this process myself my hooking to PC. I asked, when I get home & hook to my computer, how do I do the transfer & was told "I don't know. " I was told "your phone is ready & set up for phone calls. " I then left the store for 30 minutes & returned because I could not text. Tiffany looked at my phone for a few seconds & when the iMessage would not turn on, she told me "it's an apple problem & you have to go to apple to fix it. " I asked to speak with supervisor who was hiding in the back room & was told at approx 2pm that she was "on lunch & that I would have to come back. " The fact that I did not live in that town, I told her I would stay there until supervisor got off her lunch. Supervisor never came out to help me. While in the store, I called AT&T service via phone & they were able to fix the iMessage where I could then receive text messages. Tiffany did not know how to help. Tiffany advised she was only a salesperson & did not set up phones.
Also, that evening after getting home, I was able to back up the old phone & transfer everything to the new phone that Tiffany at the AT&T store should have been familiar with doing.
This was a horrible experience & will never return to that store.

No service’ went inside no one would welcome me and I was in line and then they called someone else before me ‘ no hello’ no welcome ‘ no anything

Natasha was amazing with helping us get a brand new plan, we are first time customers and we appreciate the help and understanding we received. AT&Ts quote blew Verizon’s quote out of the water, I’m talking hundreds of dollars difference.

I give the store a 4 but KATY gets the BIG "1" STAR for exhibiting unprofessionalism. Rather than reach out to a colleague or an associate for advice, she'd rather hang up on you without warning. Why? Because she could not process the question or answer with confidence.proving to the customer that she had no sense of control. Easier to hang up, thus her problem goes away. But it did not. Complaint filed with Corporate and discussions had about KATY's lack of training and unskilled customer service protocol. Good luck on your next job. Karma is your friend!
