They don’t know answers, don’t want to try, they only want to run through the “easy customers” you will lose me as a customer for both my internet and phone due to the lack of trying to solve my problem.

Dina helped me transfer my phone service TV and internet. She was very patient with me. I came to her for 2 days to get this done and not once did she get upset. So sweet and nice and always helped me with a smile. BEST SERVICE EVER!

Brenda Romo was fantastic! She helped me with excellent service, she went thoroughly thru my old plan and possibly a new one to save me money$. We also spoke about starting up my home fiber connection which I know I will be contacting Brenda for soon.

Today I came to this location with my family to upgrade our cellphones, we were help by Benicio Diaz, what a blessing of customer service he is, not only professional and knowledgeable but caring, patience and extremely friendly, I end up upgrading my cable at the same time, we were very please to work with such honest and caring young man, please make sure you keep him and appreciate the job he is doing for this company. The Retail Sales Consultant at this location Arlette Huerta is excellent, she articulated everything to me about my phone situation so I could understand my options. If I didn't have all the help Mrs Huerta afforded me I would've gave up and just went to Verizon bc it was too complicated for me to solve on my own. Also due to Mrs Huerta's service my new phone will arrive tomorrow and I'm still a AT&T customer. So AT&T you got yourself a valuable asset in Mrs Huerta!

Went in today with the intention of buying a new phone. I was greeted quickly by Tyler Mesquias (i only know his full name because he gave me a card in case I have any questions or concerns. He was really kind spoken. I asked about 50 questions because I like to be informed on something I'm possible going to spend 800 on and have for 2 years. He answered all my questions without frustration. I finally decided on the phone he helped get it shipped to my home. Then after all that i told him I was interested in a tablet, and he told me about the amazing deals they had. He didn't pressure me to go newer or more expensive. So, I got a tablet as well. The whole interaction lasted about an hour. Just want to give a shoutout to him because i left very happy not felling robbed or bamboozled lol. Definitely coming back to him for any needs or concerns.

I have gone into this location 5 times. Everytime I have gone in there was not anyone that could help me. I purchased an item that has a warranty however everytime I go in the store they are unable to honor the warranty. They simply say that they do not have it stock and that they have no idea on when they will have it. I have asked if they could order me what I need and have been turned away each time.

So I went in this store in January and retuned my phone for my upgrade then 6 months later I see on my AT&T bill they are charging me for the phone I returned. I spoke to the manager Yesenia said she would look at the footage to see if I was actually in there because the person working/who collected my device did not do their job properly apparently. I was not only made out to be a liar but they had no record of my device being returned. I basically had to do the research to find out what day I was there and what time so they can check their footage. The manager reached out to me and said they did see me on camera returning the device and I would be fully credited to my bill I have yet to receive an apology or my FULL credit on my bill. So when returning devices make sure you check in and get a receipt because if you don’t your a liar.

Benicio did such an awesome job to try and resolve my issue. He multi tasked between me and other customers with the utmost positive and professional attitude. We need more Benicios in positions of sales and customer service. Overall, I had a phenomenal experience!

Broke my phone in padre so had to get new phone. Benecio made it easy to find what I was looking for at great deal, made it easy to understand. Ran into glitch while transferring my stuff an contacted support last night and they couldn’t figure out so had to come back in this morning and Gabby figured it out in no time! She disabled vpn in settings and explained to me how it inhibited my phone to continue download. Thanks, am back to spending Mother’s Day with mom and fam!

My wife and I received excellent service from Tyler. He went above and beyond too bad I don’t have the choice to give them 10 stars I would highly recommend. My wife and I haven’t received this kind of service from a cell phone store in a long time.

I came in with a Samsung Galaxy S8+ trying to switch to AT&T. I was immediately addressed and let known my phone can't work on the network. After reviewing some upgrade options, I decided to keep my current device and plan. The staff were helpful and knowlegeable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I worked with the rep from this store to install WiFi, Phone and DirecTV at my business. From Day 1, it was a nightmare. It took 5 visits from the technicians to install my products (because the initial order didn’t include all the products I requested) and had to change different technicians because they all had different levels of knowledge or training and they needed someone else to finish. After that, I was promised 3 months of service free. I have yet to receive any credits as I have been paying $289.90 for Wi-Fi and phone plus an additional $89.90 for directv. Store management keeps saying the credits are in my account file yet I still get charged. I request to speak to the Area or Regional manager and they refuse to provide their contact information. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR BUSINESS. TOO MUCH EFFORT AND STRESS TO DEAL WITH!
