AT&T Store, Dallas TX

I would not recommend this store. I am a new AT&T customer. They sold me a phone telling me it would only cost $1.00, a month which was wrong, it cost me nearly $6 a month. I also found out it was a cheap food, that I could not even trade in. Even the AT&T rep I spoke with on the phone, told me he would not recommend that phone. Went in after purchase for help with connecting my phone to car; rep said it was fixed but it still does not work right. Very frustrating disappointing and just not right. I had to go back to finally get the problem fixed.

I’m a bit late in writing this but I can’t let another day go by without shouting out the AMAZING staff at this store! Long story short, I attempted to change plans over the phone and wound up with an unusable phone and unreadable SIM. After stopping at two other AT&T stores and being turned away, I wound up here because of its great ratings. It’s safe to say these ratings don’t miss! Right away, CJ sat down and investigated the issue with my phone. He took it upon himself to call AT&T support and stayed on the phone with them to help me explain the situation. He and another staff member diligently tinkered with my phone and made sure I wasn’t sent out empty handed. The care and patience they provided was unmatched to any other AT&T store I’d previously been to (these other stores seemed hell-bent on passing the buck and wiping their hands clean). This store will officially be my go-to for as long as I’m in DFW. Loved the service I received and I’m proudly writing this on a new, perfectly operating phone. Can’t thank this crew enough for their dedication, especially CJ!

At&t has totally dropped the ball my home internet service was out for 3 days which resulted in me losing my at home job I called & spoke with Roel who was HORRIBLE she literally hung up on me she needs to be fired seriously she knew NOTHING! Why do she even exist

Jose was very helpful with helping switch my account over. He saved me money and helped me bundle my wireless and internet package. Great store, great customer service

This was an incredible experience! Such wonderful customer service and support. Sam was totally amazing! She was more helpful than anywhere I’ve been! AT&T is wonderfully lucky to have her! I’m lucky to have had her for customer service!

Au August 2022, I walked into this store to open a consumer family account and the rep Kubrom Y opened a business account without my knowledge and consent.
The account he opened, he somehow put my sister name on it.
ATT blocked my account and took all my family numbers away.
I paid over 190$ additionally a month to ATT for 9 months.
Be aware, these are not honest people!

Be aware of hidden surcharges that they don't let you know when you purchase things that will come on your monthly statement.

This is a retail store not a corporate store. Employee was rude said it would take 10 min to check if they had the phone I was looking for and stopped helping me.

A little irked by this store. I went in to switch services from T-Mobile, and I was helped quickly, however there are issues. When setting up my phone plan, I had in mind the plan I wanted. I was never asked which plan I wanted, they just chose the more expensive one for me- which I only found out because I asked when I could select my plan. His response "oh I did that for you already. " He quickly changed it to the plan I wanted, but now upon seeing my bill there are other various charges that he included that were not discussed with me (thanks so much for doing that BTW!) Now I am having to spend even more time contacting AT&T to remove the additional charges, which apparently they can't do until they've already charged you.

Great staff, great atmosphere, great manager!
Will definitely return to do business at this location!

Great store of reps and the manager Rey Is on point came in for a charger left with my bill cut in half and a new phone

Absolutely fantastic, customer service was great and not once did i feel like leaving. Felt like i was at home10/10!
