Was not told my upgrade was a contract or how ever they class it as. I told the young man I do not want to get into a contract. I traded my phone in and though it was special promotion to customers. Not happy. I feel now I see a $6.00 charge monthly for the upgrade!

My phone would revert to emergency use only they replaced sim card with insurance @no charge phone fully functional again
We went to AT&T and had a pleasant experience with the sales person. She seemed very knowledgeable about the process and walked us through getting the phone that was needed. She ensured we were able to save money on having insurance on all our lines as a bundle versus paying insurance for each phone individually. Overall it was a good experience and we were pleased with the service that was provided.
Placed an order online on a Saturday for pick up at this location & got an email Monday they canceled it, w/o calling&checking, because it was a “highly sought after item”
This store is the worst store I've ever been to for a phone company! AT&T is horrible at customer service, always has been. This store has poor upper management! Cannot express this enough. If you have another alternative use it. For a year and a half we have been paying for 2 phones that were supp to be trade ins. Because of the lack of customer service and the store not handling this on their end we have basically been told multiple times, when we even get a response, that it's going to be fixed and then nothing happens. We have called corporate and they say it's the store that has to fix it. Do not come here if you can help it. And use another provider!
