Absolutely amazing job today from Corey. He was so much fun to talk with and made the wait go by fast. He made getting a new iPhone 14 pro so easy and fast. Super nice and when I came back to turn my phone in for the trade in Katrina was super helpful and quick. It was an amazing experience and I’m super happy with my new phone! 5/5 10/10 would recommend

Phone service out here is consistently bad. I can't even send photos to anybody or an email. Texts barely go through after 5 min and if you want to call someone you can't. It's not worth any amount fo money. Honestly they could pay me and I'd still switch.
Went in for an upgrade on my account and phone. Jacob was very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions about upgrading the phone as well as the account. He knows his business. I would recommend and would go back.
Amity and Preston are awesome. I have been having a problem for a year, and they were the only ones who understood and fixed it. Thank you to you both. Y'all will always be my go-to. District Manager Chris, these are 2 super fantabulous employees.
They never have a cheaper phones in stock hoping that you will spend twice as much buying another phone. Then they want to charge you if you decide not to keep the phone that you have to order, a restocking fee. The process isn't really good, but the employees are nice.
There were people who came in after us who got help before us because the people working were helping others and didn't see who came in first. Had to wait 40 mins, at least. Making an appointment is the fastest way. The only downside to that is if you need help the same day, they may not have an appointment available. After randomly looking at my account online, i discovered they added extra add-on data that was not requested, and they weren't very knowledgeable to help set up a sim card for a netgear router we had bought. I dont think there was a manager in the store at the time, but i think everyone working should have some technical knowledge more than the average person Other than that, the store was clean and easy to find. I am glad that there's a store in Gun Barrel City and Athens.
Had a short wait. Young man took care of my problem and very polite. Was very knowledgeable.
