Adrian De la Cruz provided exceptional service. He went above and beyond when hiccups arise, and never gave up. He is friendly, funny, knowledgeable, with a great attitude! 10/10 would recommend him to everyone!

This was one of the best cell phone purchasing experiences I have ever had. MJ was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. Buying a new phone or getting new service can often be confusing and at times the customer service reps do not always know what they’re talking about. This was not the case with MJ. He had all the answers to my questions and he did all he could to present me with the best deal, and make sure that I got any possible discounts available to me, i.e. Direct bill discount, and a employment discount. (the one they offer if your current employer is affiliated with AT&T). I highly recommend you go to this store and ask for MJ if you can, if you need a new phone or new service.

Got a package deal phone, wifi and cable been paying around close to $400 a month I think is to much on this economy we living now on to of I pay for unlimited plan for the phone and every month I get a txt of reducing my data when I pay for unlimited data I thing ATT is reaping people on bill chargers ppz Att get it together or your long lasting costumer will make a change to a different provider I don't know how long this going to last but I'm ready to move on ty att

My son phone would not connect to the cellular network. The ATT store manger and his team helped fix the problem. I first went to the store in White Settlement and they were no help. Save ur self time and money and just visit the ATT store in Lake Worth for any problem you are having with ur phone.

Raul answered all of our questions, straightened out our problems, it was a whole bunch better than the remote sale. When I had a heat problem, the store manager even offered to turn up the A/C a notch so I could recover better! Very knowledgeable and highly qualified friendly people. I was completely satisfied with my experience! Thanks, Raul and you manager too!

I’m new to the area and decided to stop by this AT&T to possibly change my provider due to horrible service my current provider has. I worked with a young man (tall, black guy) who was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my choice to change over. Things started smoothly and he answered all my questions with ease. Later during the interaction, I kept feeling the manager (Julian) watching us, as if he didn’t trust the employee to handle my needs. I asked if everything was ok and he reassured me it was, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being watched. When building a rapport with a potential client, employees should be able to do so without being monitored by managers. It made me question everything about what the company can offer me. I wish I transferred my provider, but I just couldn’t shake that feeling. Do better.

Ulises is the worst! He does not know how to do his job. 1st he did not add the discount to the internet and second we got a bill for a phone that WE NEVER GOT! Worst place!
