7I was recently in the Henderson store to see about getting and issue with my billing taken care of but couldn't because the bill had not generated yet. The associate was busy and there wasn't anyone else there to help me so there was about a 20 to 30 minute wait. The associate was helpful and guided me into changing my plane so that there wouldn't be a problem in the future with my bill I also inquired about a product that is new but was told because the store is smaller they wouldn't have it until later on.
Jessica Phelps did an outstanding job getting me into my new phone, highly recommend!
Summer was great, and she got us all fixed up! I highly recommend asking for Summer she should be the manager!
