I came by the store to activate my Samsung S23 and was cheerfully greeted and helped, and when I came back for more help and understanding about how to use the phone, she was more than willing to help me again! !

Just had a great experience! I've always heard bad things about this location. But Aldofo was very helpful. The assistant there as well was knowledgeable. Helped us save money monthly while also getting me into a new phone and two watches.

Stopped in AT&T because my phone wasn't working. The store clerk there was one man show he had about three other people there waiting and he handled us all one at a time I'd go back again very nice gentleman

Very friendly and helpful, if they didn’t know what to do they called for help, it’s big when you admit you need help. That’s honestly you can’t find anymore

Travis D.was absolutely amazing! He was informative, insightful and gave the best customer service a knowledgeable sales representative for AT&T could give! Love my new device/watch and glad I opened up a new line!

I went in, the female tells me I can’t see the phones due to a recent break in at the store. She didn’t appear competent enough to even help. She started quoting me fees for the iPhone that weren’t consistent with my account information. She told me I would have to pay the fees like I wouldn’t have an upgrade when I was due for an upgrade!

Avoid this location. It’s a “retail” location, and they aren’t knowledge enough to even help. I left and went to the Lakeline location, and the service I received there was superb compared to this place, and the Lakeline location honored the upgrade.

Well, ZERO isn't an option. I called this location to request transfer of data from old to new phone. They discourage customers from using them. They told me it could be 2-4 hours, cause of intermittent internet. Uh, you are AT&T, right? Then, I actually stopped in to get a new Sim card, to be told no spare sims available. Result, they told me to go to the RR IH-35 location next to Bank of America. Why is LaFrontera location even open?

We came in to add my son to our plan, with a trade-in phone from another carrier. We were told that he would have gotten $800 for his trade-in, but that they could only give us $350 due to cracks in the glass case. When my son was going to leave, the employee encouraged us to buy the new phone that day, then buy a refurb from Amazon for $240, which they would accept for the full $800 trade in value at any point within 30 days. We bought the new phone and my son returned to college in another city. When we returned a few days later with the refurb phone we purchased to get the $800 credit they promised, they once again said it was only worth $350. First tried to tell us "the market changes and impact the value", but then admitted we were just given "misinformation" by THEIR EMPLOYEE. All they would do to "fix" the problem was to pay us what we paid for the refurb (we could have just returned it to Amazon, so they effectively did nothing for us.) Bottom line, they lied to us about the value of a trade so that they could get a sale that day. This sounds like fraud to me.

To make matters worse, two days later I got an email saying my son was signed up for a $17/mo "protection plan" that was never even mentioned to him at any point and was not included in any documentation we received from any transaction. I had to go and cancel that to avoid the charge.
