AT&T Store, Fort Worth TX

I give this now one star because of one employee named Cade, who needs to be avoided at all costs. Literally on the phone for hours yesterday and again today.
I am still dealing with how he messed up my wireless account. It has been a waste of my time and such a hassle.

I am getting charged an extra line of iPhone 15 Pro Max that I do not own because he was dishonest and could not do his job right to earn a commission.

Plus, he is working stoned, and he smells like it, not just looks.
This place would be five stars with sober, honest people.

Need a new provider and want to go with AT&T go see Amanda, she was amazing. Top notch customer service, explained everything to help make my transition smooth. Answered all my questions and even made jokes with me about Verizon since I had come in there in a foul mood ready to have a new provider. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Truthfully 11/10 for that location. They were all pleasant, helpful, and understanding. That location should be the location new employees are trained at. Just my opinion and recommendation.

I came in to deliver the devices that I needed to trade in and check my account status. James was super kind and helped me get what I needed to get done effortlessly. Thank you James and may God bless you!

A young gentleman named cade demonstrated outstanding customer service, assisted us in fixing our issue quickly and efficiently. My wife and I now have restored faith in excellent customer service with your company.

Store smells amazing, Tony is the one who helped me. He is extremely knowledgeable. Was very friendly and helped me throughout my entire time of trying to transfer stuff to new phone

I would go to this store rather then calling the 1-800 number for AT&T! CUSTOMER service was perfect. Got my Sim card fixed within minutes.overall the store and the rep if given them 5 the best service I have ever had!

Edgar goe above and beyond for the customers fixed all or phone issues.

We had a great salesperson! He went above and beyond our expectations. The young man Tony was very helpful but most of all took care of our phone plan with savings money-wise Tony sure made my husband and I feel like valued customers. We truly appreciate being AT&T customers. Thank you

My wife and I got phones and service from this place. We were told that it was only going to be $35 per line per month for the personal plan.when they finally got the bill to us to show what it was going to cost it was actually $80 per line per device, on a business plan. That was not including what it was going to cost us to purchase two phones as well. Don’t go here find another place or go with the better option with the magenta people.

The people at this store are very nice and willing to help us even when we showed up at closing time! They fixed a problem another store made and we truly appreciate how real they were with us.

Went in to enquire about an upgrade. Alex was very unprofessional and short. Very hasty and outright rude

A minus grade is what I was looking for

I was taken care of fast and efficiently. I was treated very professionally, all my needs were taken care of. I would recommend you to anyone who needs phone service. Edgar took excellent care of me.
