Jennifer was incredible at helping me get everyone set up! Her customer service was above all!

Whenever you go to this store ask for a young lady named Jennifer she was the most friendly and helpful out of anyone there! Would highly recommend her for any assistance

Having problems getting a refund when my August payment was credited to another account. When referred to a Customer service staff, they keep passing me to different people who continue to do the same thing.

Man named Prince helped me out understood what I needed and got me what best for me such a cool friendly guy made me feel like we been buds forever

We worked with Michael Stine to upgrade our phones to the iPhone 15. He was exceptional. Great customer service! In fact, he made switching our phones seamless. We will definitely be recommending him!

Shaq provided us with exceptional customer service, answered all of our question, and guided us through our upgrade/transfer process. We continue to go specifically to this location because of our experiences with JT and now Shaq. If AT&T as a whole served customers the same way these to representatives do, AT&T would dominate the mobile market.

Went to catch up on Bill that was past due and add a line, customer service rep was fast, attentive, knowledgeable and even managed to save us money adding the line, love going to this location, never have I ever had another location be so fast!

My boyfriend and I went in Saturday to get his phone upgraded. We ended up switching to a family plan and got me a new phone as well. Shaq took care of us and was absolutely amazing! The conversation, his knowledge, and sense of humor made the process so smooth. Thank you Shaq!

Higher prices mean more people standing around talking. While good for getting someone to talk to, it ain't great for people who don't like other people watching them. Also they try to force upgrade you by saying your device won't work when it does. Watch out.

A very good service. I was Monday there. They attended me and I solved the problem. Unfortunately I gave them a bad feedback, due that I received a text message and I pressed the wrong button. And I couldn’t change it afterwards. However, to my experience there, was good.

Terrible customer service at 5016 Milwaukee store this am. Sales person Mike Scheck, was rude and condescending. When I ask about sales tax policy on trade-in phone. His explanation did not answer my query and when I asked if it was just a revenue stream instead of explaining that it's not really a trade in but a credit issued over 36 months and that they charge the full amount for the "free" phone therefore they collect sales tax (Per the sales person at different store later in the morning) His answer was "That's how we do it and no one is holding your feet to the fire " I said I can leave if you want and he said go ahead "I don't care". I ask for the manager and was told I could call the store later as he was not in. When I stated all I ask for was a civil answer to my question. Mike danced across the floor and restated "I don't care, I don't care".
ATT should be ashamed to have personnel representing their product and services behave in this manor.

We stopped in to replace my wife’s broken phone. The service was good. The sales associate, Prince I believe was his name, provided quick and helpful service.

David is absolutely amazing he helped me and my neighbor get into brand new service. He helped my neighbor get an iPhone 14 with a new Apple watch. He was patient listened to what we needed and did not try to push anything else on us he gave us exactly what we wanted. Without trying to upsell us. The store is lucky to have an employee like that. Cuz a lot of places try to upsell you get you to buy a phone when all you're there for is one thing. And David did not do that all I wanted was prepaid service. And my neighbor wanted postpaid service with a new phone and a watch and David took care of us. Anytime you're in this store I'd encourage you to seek out David he's always willing to listen and always willing to get you what you need.

Profesional service and quick response even if you walk in on the store and they are busy ️️️️️
