Absolutely loved my experience with Tony! He was quick, efficient, thorough, and welcoming. He kept my boyfriend and I entertained while we waited for my phone to set up. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Someone please give this man a raise!
I was told i was able to get $800 for trading in Samsung Galaxy S7 for the Galaxy 23 Ultra. I was told i had 30 days to drop off the Galaxy S7, however i returned the same day and was told the promotion ended 2 days ago, however i had already purchased the phone and transfered mobile numbers. I was then told i could recieve up to $1000 for getting a Samsung Flip series, but i did not want it. I still have the S23 Ultra but im dissappointed with the lack of knowledge from the employees and now i have to pay additional to my monthly plan.
Had issues with not getting data, called AT&T the day before was on the phone with them for 30 minutes and phone still not working. Went in to the store and the manager fixed my problem in five minutes, with no wait. Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff.
I took my mom there and they were very patient with her and sold her just what she needed not the most expensive like some phone stores.
A busy store with attentive staff, Luis absolutely killed it helping me get situated with fiber for my home. He Went above and beyond what I would expect any employee to do to make sure i got what i needed!
Josh is incredible! Very knowledgeable and made sure all everything taken care of and questions answered. Definitely highly recommend.
Today I went and Brian or Ryan can't remember his name was at 5: 30 pm and help me on cellphone I give him a 10 best costumer service so kind and happy, love AT&T costumer service
Brian Gillard fixed something no one else could for weeks dealing with ATT. He needs a pay raise!
This location is customer service centered and educated my parents and I on the best options for their needs

Only come here when you have about 2 hrs to spare. You will be waiting a long time to get any kind of help. Had a couple of small issues and it took 2.5 hrs.
Beware of this store. I was fraudulently charged a large sum of money from this location. I'm located on the other side of the country. Instead of being apologetic, the manager insisted their processes were "iron clad".
