AT&T Store, Clear Lake Shores TX

Me and my wife came to upgrade our phones and it was a great experience. J the man that helped us with the upgrades made it go smooth and we even had a few laughs.

Christian and William were effective and efficient in solving my issue. I felt respected and cared for while I was being helped. 5 stars all around!

Best customer service, best people to work with. They will help you out amazingly with a great attitude! Highly recommend this location!

I've only had Jordan's services when I've gone to that particular store on Marina Bay. He goes over and beyond expectations. I've seen him do every customer that comes in there that way. I truly appreciate him and his customer service with ATT.

Very nice and helpful but sold me a pop socket that was supposed to work for my phone but didn't. With research it was made for mag cases.

This place is the worst place I've ever been in my entire life. The store supervisor is working against the store because he don't care About customer service he thinks he is the king of the store and we have to work for him instead of him working to keep you happy if The corporation (AT&T) is looking at the messages that remain here Hopefully and they can do something about it because the staff they have is useless
