Reception was immediate and cordial. Katie was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We switched 2 phones quite successfully and efficiently. Outstanding service.

Juan is amazing! I left ATT after 20 years, only to have a horrible experience with Verizon. The guys at the store helped get me and my family back on track. The staff are very personable and knowledgeable. Even the men in-training were professional and helpful. This store was the main reason I headed back to ATT so quickly.

They were helpful and nice. Definitely not enough staff so the wait is long. Then they only had one color to choose from of the phone I wanted. So didn't get one. Phones are to expensive to settle on one you don't want.

Wonderful experience at AT&T in Singing Hill’s. I was helped by Steve O and he was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me even save a little money! I highly recommend this store and Steve to help you with your AT&T products!

Went in the Spring Branch store this morning with a charger end broken off in my phone and the manager and tech guy were so awesome! Excellent customer service!

I was in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you so much Caleb! Seamless transaction and knowledgeable about things I had not known. We were on a discontinued plan, paying too much! Would have been nice to know as we could have saved a ton of money!

But, perfect visit all the way!

We went in to this store to move 4 lines over and switch some phones around. I was expecting a long wait, hassle, and complexity. Steve did an amazing job navigating our needs and completed our ask flawlessly and quickly. He also made sure we had the discounts that were coming to us. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Garbage. I was misled and ended up buying new phone chargers that were not needed. I was never told about the insurance they add on, and it's my responsibility to cancel it within 14 days. We will never step foot into this or any other "authorized dealer".

AT&T has absolutely horrible service when it comes to starting new internet service. The call center associates are not helpful I was hung up on multiple times spent hours on the phone trying to get service started I would not recommend AT&T solely for their call center experience

I had Steve as my rep. He did not even ask which plan I wanted. I was transferring 4 lines. He activated my phone before even informing me so all the others on my plan phones
dropped from service with-out warning. (This took 2 hours) He caused fraud alert to be on my account causing another hour on phone the next day to get the other phones to work. When I was talking to Fraud they informed me that due to his mistakes I was going to be charged extra because I had to change insurance, plans and primary phone, plus he didnt add paperless or automatic billing. He was very dismissive when I inquired about my needs and left me only with a piece of paper with a hand written monthly charge. Very sloppy work. Most un helpful. He didn't seem to be concerned of what I may want for my phone needs. Sad. Truly frustrating.

The salesman I worked with was Steve and he was terrific. He was very careful making sure that the new phone cover fit so the buttons worked just right and that the screen protector was applied perfectly. He was clear, direct, and very helpful. I'm happy with my upgraded phone!

Everyone was kind and super professional. Juan and Kenya had answers to every question I had asked that day, and had me in and out of the store in a timely manner. Can’t recommend this location enough 5 ️

We went in today with 2 iPhone 6s needing to upgrade. Our phones had an IOS of maybe 12 and neither had been backed up for years. Juan was FANTASTIC in transitioning us into our new phones and it didn’t take hours to accomplish. Juan explained the process thoroughly, explained all charges, and answered all of our questions. In our time at the store, it became obvious to us this store has the most knowledgeable staff we have ever encountered in the iPhone industry. Thank you to Juan specifically for a very pleasant experience today, but also to all other members of this location.

Customer service at this location is great! Frank (store manager) goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I highly recommend this location.
