AT&T Store, Beaumont TX

When I go to the store I always get great service. My help was Alex. He made sure the problem was resolved. That was so considerate and professional of him. If I have any other issues I will be back and I will pass How great the services is. Thank you

We stopped by here to trade in an old android and Jaime was absolutely phenomenal! He was exceedingly patient, speedy, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question/concern we had confidently. Loved how clean the store was too on top of the rest of the staff being friendly! Definitely the best AT&T shop we've visited:)

I was greeted by a representative as I entered the store and immediately assisted with my issue. I was in and out in about 20 minutes! My rep's name was Justin and he was awesome! Professional and knowledgeable, super helpful!

The store manager was awesome. I had been going back and forth with att stores and on the phone and no one was helping me out for 2 weeks. I went into this store and he helped me with what I needed and had great customer service the whole time even with my frustration.

The store manager Alana is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and can multitask like crazy. Chris is also great as well. He has texted me to check on my new phone and is helping me with a small issue. Your rating system goes to a 5, I would give them an 11. Customers and support are definitely very important to them. Great experience!

I was greeted immediately apon my entrance and then was assisted also immediately.
My issue on my phone was taken care of professionally and promomptly.
He made sure I held my phone and followed his instructions.
I really appreciate being part of the solution not just having my property yanked from my hands and then a representative tapping away.

I went in there with my cousin she tried to get a phone and the lady was using my address for her account instead of her address she really didn’t know what she was doing and she had called the fraud department and she told my cousin to give me the phone so I could talk how I’m a talk on somebody else’s account basically she was trying to use my address for my cousin account and I feel like that’s wrong and I’m a loyal customer of att and love the service but today really made me mad can I get a credit on my account

I just got an iPhone 14 and was having trouble getting it to fully activate (had to contact Apple to get it to work) which means I had no service to get directions home. The main reason I’m giving this store 5 stars is because worker who went out of her way and get directions to my place so I could follow her. I didn’t her her name but that was by far the best customer service I’ve ever had!

I was the 2nd name on the wait list an waited over an hour without anyone greeting me. I left. Lady that was 1st name on wait list was there 2 hours an still waiting for service when I left.
Horrible Horrible Customer Service.
