AT&T Store, Cibolo TX

Jacob and Enrique are freakin CELL PHONE WIZARDS! I was trying to transfer my old phone to a new one, after 14 hours of tying and failing i went to the AT&T store in Cibolo. These guys had the knowledge i needed… they were very friendly and informative. I watched them juggle 8 customers at i time making sure to greet new customers immediately… I hope corporate appreciates these guys… it’s service like this that will keep me at AT&T customer for life….

Jacob, Matt & Enrique gave amazing customer service. Helped transfer our 5 lines over with new phones & all. I never felt rushed! Thanks guys I will recommend this Cibolo location.

I went by AT&T because the charger I bought from them broke and they did replace it with no hassles and I thought that was wonderful

I have Directv. Their bills are not sent out in time to be mailed back in to avoid late fees. So I have to find an AT&T store to pay my bill. The young man who assisted me was exceptional. It was close to the end of the work day. He didn't rush to get me out. He was very talkative and understanding.

They are the best. Chance is the name of the one you want to see. No long wait even though they were very busy.

I went to the store and I inquired about the new razor phone by Motorola. The white guy took my information and asked me everything under the sun, including where I work.about 15 minutes later he came out and told me he had none in stock and he tried to sell me and older model that looked like it belonged to someone in the back.
I don't appreciate the disservice. You knew you didn't have any in stock, before the word "go".

Total waste of time and I would never buy from AT&T

This location in Cibolo had Amazing customer service. We went in with new phones we bought from Apple. We needed help activating our phones. They helped us with patience, and friendly service. Mathew and a young lady that was working there both helped out.

Building 791 suite 127 on the corner of 1009 and Cibolo valley road cibolo, Tx. Walked in the store at approximately 30 mins before closing to purchase a new phone. The representative didn’t greet, acknowledge, or even make eye contact of my presence. I walked around and waited for 18 mins being entirely ignored only to receive an eye roll.

I have been loyal ATT and military member for the last 8 years and sadly, I have never felt so disrespected in all my life. I am very saddened upon the non-professionalism that the individual the young lady that was working there this evening has promoted on behalf of AT&T. I do understand that it was late in the evening, but with that being said, I’ve already selected the phone that I wanted and I was ready to just happily complete the purchase. Again I do know it was late call if service was unable to be concluded until the following day, I would’ve appreciate it If the representative would’ve advise me of such and I would’ve happily came back the following day.

Sadly thank you for not supporting your troops in a true time of which would of meant a lot to me

When no one else could help me undo what another AT&T agent over the phone had done with my husbands phone line, I went to the AT&T store in Cibolo desperate for help! Alejandra waited on me and as I told her the problem, she actually listened to all I had to say! And within a short amount of time had my husbands phone line restored to its original account (when all others had told me it couldn’t be done)! And, as an added bonus, helped me find a better phone plan which is what I had originally set out to do! You know the old saying “you just can’t get good help these days”? Well NOT TRUE AT THIS AT&T store! Thank you Alejandra! I wish there were more customer service people like you in this world!

I have dealt with many AT&T stores and by far my experience here was exceptional. Once walking into the store I was greeted right away. The team was very helpful with an issue I was having with my phone. I am beyond amazed on the customer service I received here. Keep up the work!
