7Definitely would recommend the norwood location. Ted was very helpful in finding which phone and plan is right for us!
They didn't have the cell phone I wanted but they told me where I could get it. Great service.
I was able to get my phone but they messed up somewhere along the way and couldn't activate the new phone and we had to wait for quite a while. I had asked about any promotions and they have inaccurate information and didn't really seem to want to help. They ended up giving up and sent us to a different store.
Ted Ordonez the general manager was incredible.he was professional and well mannered. Ted knew his stuff and took care of my issues promptly. He is a great manager at store location on East Anderson Lane in Austin Texas. I recommend this location.
Ted, the General Manager, went above and beyond to transfer my old iPhone data to my new iPhone. Can’t thank him enough! Extremely nice and helpful.

Andy the store manager was very knowledgeable, patient and respectful. I was very frustrated coming in from another store that sold me the device but he made the experience less frustrating providing great customer service skills. Highly recommend this store.
