8I had some difficulties while getting an upgrade today and Kenneth was SO patient as he worked hard to get the issue resolved. Though more people kept entering he stayed polite to every customer and multitasked to get us all in and out smoothly. Big thanks!

I have avoided going to Crosby AT&T for a few years due to staff not being very helpful. Today I decided to give them another try. I was very impressed with the manager that helped me. I feel the service was top notch and very timely! 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you for stepping up AT&T.
