Military friendly! Service was quick and simple, yet very thorough. Prices were competitive with other options. Mr. Colin helped us when we went up there. He knows his stuff and is a really friendly guy.

We had purchased a new phone and accessories from a cedar park, tx store. When his new phone shipped he realized the case and screen protector did not fit and took it to this store to exchange for the right size. He had the bag, receipt and all the products.
He was told he had to return to the original store of purchase. He’s young, so he left and called me. I called the store to clarify and explained the situation, the lady who answered the phone rudely told me “that’s why it’s called a return policy. ” I read the return policy. It says nothing about returning only to the store of purchase.

They need to work on their customer service.

Colin and the manager Juan were very helpful in getting me in a new phone and got me a sweet deal on Apple Watch’s!

Tommy is a helpful and knowledgeable in the work he does if anyone knows what their doing it is him, the manger Juan was great as well answered all my questions and did not leave a single detail out! Definitely recommend these two!

Came in to just buy a new phone. I was somehow signed up for both the Next program AND insurance neither of which had ever even presented as an option. It’s been an absolute nightmare to cancel both. And I was still charged for a month of both. When I asked CS to show me where I signed for it, they could only pull up a blanket contract with no signature. Somehow also my employer discount was removed, I was charged the upgrade fee when I shouldn’t have been, ect. It’s taken SEVEN excruciating and long phone calls to correct most of the mistakes and that’s with just letting the smallest charges slide because I literally can’t handle any more hours-long customer service calls.

No wait period. Juan (manager) was very helpful in expeditiously recommending and processing purchase of a new phone and line for our 12 year old son. In and out in record time and very satisfied with purchase.

I bought a screen protector here for $60 gave them my old phone number that the receipt is linked to and they said somebody else has the phone number and now I need to pay another $70 for a screen protector because they can’t access my receipt any longer. I told the guy I’m going to leave a review about this situation and he said you’re gonna leave us a review because I’m doing my job. Ripping people off is a horrible job.

Every time I buy a new device and decline their added coverage and insurance they add it anyways and it automatically appears on my bill. When you call the store to have them remove this they say they can’t do it over the phone.

These 5 stars go to Milton at the Belton store. He helped my husband and I upgrade our phones, quickly and easily without any kind of hard sales placed upon us. He also helped us get hooked up to the fiber optic internet that was just recently laid in our neighborhood. Within 24 hours, we were all set! Milton is extremely knowledgeable about the AT&T product, listens to your needs, is quick, efficient, patient. Above all, he is an all-around, great example of outstanding customer service!
