AT&T Store, Fort Worth TX

My grandma was having problems with her bill and so we took her in and Brett was so kind and took such good care of her and was so understanding! We were so blessed and she left feeling so relieved! Thank you Brett

Went to the store with a issue and Jake, Chris and Joseph went above and beyond to fix what the folks on the phone could not. They where honest, help full and genuinely cared about my issues, and laid out all the options, and what would be best for me. If you need a phone or help go see them, AT&T if you read this hire more employees like Jake, Chris and Joseph.

This location is great. The people work with you and appreciate your business. However, my review is for AT&T as a company. One day last week I got off work and my phone was off! I drove straight here. The store manager called customer support and the representative told me that I didn't make a payment in June and July. I knew I did. She then said my payments were made BUT they had been reversed, saying I took the money back! I told her not only did I NOT do that, but I didn't even know that was possible! A few days later, I saw a payment made to AT&T from my PayPal account on 6/22. I see a payment made to AT&T from my Capital One bank account on 7/19. What I do NOT see is the reverse of these funds coming back to me. Now they're trying to make me pay for June & July when I've already paid! Did I mention that I paid a $207 bill in August and my balance was $0 in August. Then all of a sudden here it is October and I failed to pay in June & July! This is absolutely insane and I need to know where my 2 payments are!

Definitely recommend this store for any AT&T service! The store manager, Brett, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. His excellent customer service deserves to be recognized. Thank you Brett, and to your team!

I would like to congratulate Att Timberland for having so wonderful, experience, courteous and experience staff, specially Paolina, her treatment was excellent. We'll do business again and again. Store manager Brett understand my situation and also his treatment was as a professional. Once again Thank you guys. God bless you all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They worked with me for quite a while, trying to get a bad phone from Amazon to work. Turned out they couldn't, and they offered me affordable options that met my needs to replace my busted S9.

The manager here is the bomb. He knows you by name and is so much fun to talk to. Go to him for any of your needs.

DUNCAN is a lifesaver. I thought my phone was gone for forever but he fixed it in 20 seconds.

Really appreciate Edward and Morgan's level of service. They patiently looked up my account and asked me questions so they could give me an appropriate recommendation on the newest unlimited plans. Then they went ahead and took care of it for me including porting a number from another carrier. They made it super easy to do business with AT&T and I like that.

Brett the manager was great to work with. A top notch guy and top notch store. Not crowded because they are fast and very knowledgeable.
