7They need a sign in tablet. Someone cut in front of us and it wasn’t their fault it was the store employee. But it is what it is. I’m not going to get in their face and make a scene. Waited an extra hour to get help cause of their mistake. It is what it is.
Went in to buy a new phone with store credit and the process was super pleasant and easy! ^^ Leif was super kind and helpful, also very funny and relatable, we talked while waiting for the process to complete and it made the entire process for me and my boyfriend a lot more nice than expected! Customer Service was great during our visit yesterday.
We came in to upgrade our phones, including a trade in of our existing phones; additionally we requested to have our phone numbers changed.
We were informed that we had to add 2 new lines for the new phone numbers, and then were advised that we would have to cancel the existing 2 phone numbers that day or the next.
Unfortunately we were given incorrect information, provided by the CSR at the store, requiring a 2 hour phone call with customer service and loyalty support teams to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
Loyalty informed us that we could not cancel the existing phone lines or any promotion would be forfeited. <— which is what the CSR apparently doesn’t know or neglected to let us know.
