AT&T Store reviews
7The person who helped me was a good guy, although I don't remember his name but it was yesterday around 4pm. People like this deserve to be kept in stores.
My recent visit to the AT&T store was fantastic, all thanks to the incredible help I received from Juana, a standout staff member. She's not only super friendly and nice but has this genuine beauty that just lights up the whole experience. Sorting out my bills was a breeze with her assistance. Can't recommend Juana's excellent service enough!
I came here because I was looking for something new, Joanna helped me with everything and I was able to get my new phone. I’m very happy with my choice. I recommend asking for her if you ever need assistance.
Very good service with Johanna, they helped me with the metro pcs and tmobile company to transfer me to at&t.
I came to the store seeking assistance with a replacement device because the instructions were not very clear on the package and the girl Joanna helped me activate and pass on my information. Very good service
Walked in this store and found 3 employees 2 chatting with customers and one free browsing the computer. The one on the computer asked me to wait for assistance. I waited a few minutes then started to browse the entire store but still she was browsing the computer. I stepped out next door and had a desert and a cup of tea then came back and she was still browsing the computer. I went to the next door grocer bought a quick meal and came right back but she was still browsing the computer. Suddenly, I developed a great idea, why not go get a quick hair cut and come back right before she finish browsing the computer? I thought about it very carefully and decided to come back another day fresh first thing in the morning and spend my entire day exploring all the nearby stores
