I went in to the store just for a simple question about my bill and how I could maximize the services I have, and got nothing but blatant disrespect from the “manager” Philip brown as he stated his name was. Never will return to this store. 10/10 do not recommend

Philip was so helpful to a new cell phone user. He helped us figure out which plan and which phone would be the best for my 80 year old mom. Does he have patience, kindness and awareness of the best deal? YES! Go to his store in Lubbock!

In March of 2022 I went in to trade in two phones for "free"-I was to receive monthly statement credits to offset the cost of the new phones until paid off. The credits never happened and I forgot to check on it. After a year, I called the corporate office and was told that my data plan didn't qualify for the promotion-something I WAS NEVER TOLD IN THE STORE. I offered to increase my data plan to one that did qualify if corporate would reimburse me for what I was told I would get in the store-nope. Interestingly, a friend of mine in the Houston area had an almost identical problem-promised something without being told they didn't actually qualify.

In the same transaction, one of the employees told me I had to have insurance on one of the phones in order for the promotion to be valid-another lie (I caught that one and cancelled before I was charged).

Finally, I also added AT&T home internet at the same time and was told to expect a pre-paid card as a promotion. After a few months, the card didn't come and the phone number to call check on the card was no longer valid. I did finally speak to customer service recently and received a card.

I am a happy T-mobile customer now. They are paying off the remaining balances on the phones AT&T were supposed to have paid off (they also upgraded an additional phone for free), have been extremely easy to deal with, and their 5G unlimited is much faster and cheaper-even than the very limited 4G package I had with AT&T.

Gentleman man that was there, was very rude! Told me my payment wasn’t enough to bring my account current! Said I needed more money before he could process my payment. Then tried to ups sale me on a tablet. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Started talking to other customers in the store saying he will meet up with them later!? I kindly refused to make a payment asked for my cash back. He didn’t want to return, until I got very stern with him and demanded my money back finally he did return my money, so I left. Went to a different store and they processed my payment without hesitation! I will never returned back to the store!
