It bad service, lazy employees and very rude dealing, Waiting a long time
I have to handle them the closest to where I live
I here to paid pill 30 minutes he said we don’t have employees, 6 months that is long time doesn’t fix payment device

I misplaced my phone this past week and rushed to the ATT store to get a new one. With my job, I must have a phone 24/7. I arrived very near closing and was helped by FIDEL HERRERA. Fidel whipped into action solving the problem. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me terrific advice on what I needed and didn't need. He also worked quickly knowing I needed to get back up and running. It was such a relief to walk out of the store with phone and service in hand. This is how customer service is supposed to be done. I look forward to going back soon to upgrade the other phones on my plan for my staff and family. A big five stars for this store and staff.

No waiting. I had problems activating a replacement device by telephone so I went in person. Juan Salas at this AT&T location greeted me politely and quickly found the problem (they forgot to send SIM card). He gave me ideas about changes I might make to my several phone accounts. The store is in strip mall & you might miss it driving by but did I mention no waiting?

The customer service from this store is PATHETIC. They have not yet grasped the concept of following through an issue (on their side) until it has been resolved. From the sales person, Fidel to the Assistant Manager, Jennifer and then the so-called Store Manager - it has taken 3 months and they still cannot arrange for the credit I was promised when I signed up to be put on my account! They don't return texts or phone calls and, from what I've experienced, just don't give a s%^t! In frustration I went into another store yesterday and had the issue (hopefully) resolved (because it takes 30 days for a credit to show on my account?) in under 10 minutes. Stay WELL CLEAR from this store if you are expecting any help after the sale.

By far the worst ATT store I have ever visited. Go to any other store. If the closest one to you is 100 miles away, go to that one, just don't go here.

They were no help at all once someone finally acknowledged my presence. I waited over 20 minutes before an employee noticed I was waiting. I will never go there again.

Fabian was awesome very friendly great customer service went beyond helping my wife and I get service established store manager was great Brandon when he came bye was very friendly I recommend Bradon award Fabian be awarded for his excellence in helping his customers your service here is greatly appreciated

Worst customer service nightmare ever! The service was non existent. We spent 3hours with one person and the assistant manager, and eventually the manager by phone. These people were simply unprepared to sell a new program for our first responders. If your going to roll out a new program. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Don't fly by the seat of your pants at the customer's expense. I will not be back!

Is too bad when I open account they Don’t give me clear Details about my account my pill post be 43.46. Second month they Charge me 51$ and 3 month same they are lier just they want open account after open when u back for them they say we sorry this problem in Bill deportment.

I would give this store a minus one star for customer service, but I don’t see that rating. A few days ago, I purchased two (2) Iphone 8’s (one for myself and one for my wife) as well as an Ipad. The next day I discovered I did have enough storage on my iphone for my requirements, so I went to back to the this store for an exchange. I got an appointment for a particular time on the advice of my sales representative, Hector. I did that and arrived 10 minutes early. He was with customers as I arrived and told me he would be with me in 5 minutes. Forty-five minutes later I’m still waiting. I then left without any attention to my problem. Anyone can sell a phone. I expected customer service and did not receive any. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this store.

Go talk to Chris. I went in around 12: 00 p.m. On Saturday and the wait was only 20 minutes. They have a television in there and a small seating area for customers on the wait list. Chris hooked me up with a new device and had answers for all of my questions. He walked me through the process and made sure I had everything I needed to start using the phone ASAP. Great customer service experience here.

Horrible service waited over 10 min before anyone got to me. Seem like they have no clue how to handle customers. Still waiting for my name to be put in the list
