Wasted very valuable time trying to make it here by 9PM just to arrive and then be already closed. Thanks guys. Every other att store is listed at 8 except you. Thought it was my lucky day but nope.
I got three names to drop. First, the manager Bre is amazing. You can tell she really cares about not only her customers but also all her employees as well. She's worked very hard t o create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks in and it shows. Secondly, Is Bradi. She's been my go to helper whenever I have an issue for almost 2 years now. She always goes above and beyond to assist me and makes sure I always leave extremely satisfied. Thirdly, we got Ison. He was able to come through and help me out when no one else knew how to work a specific accessory and made sure that it was installed perfectly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
The hours say they close at 9: 00 p.m. On Tuesday, when I showed up at 8: 25 p.m. I was told the store was closed and wasn’t allowed inside. I have a broken phone and no way of calling the store to confirm their hours. The store needs to post what time they stop letting people inside.
Greeted as soon as we came in, put on a waiting list then never spoke to for 45 minutes.over crowded, smelly, displays non functioning.not going back.
They let us in even though it was a few kinutes past closing. Everyone was fast and efficient. Good store.
Stephanie was extremely helpful in helping me find a phone, thoroughly explained the differences between the phones I was looking at, super friendly and patient through the whole process. She was a pleasure to deal with, whenever I or any of my family members have phone questions or need an upgrade.we’ll be going back here thanks to Stephanie!
They charged my card for $45 two days advance of starting my new Pre-paid month. And they are unable to do the refund when I said I do not want to go to the next month. Even 2 days before (48 Hrs) before they were unable to issue the refund and FORCED me to use their services.
POOR CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE.
Also their store s do not have pre-paid card support, Pre-paid customer are not the customers for them.
The absolutely best. Sales and Service staff are the best. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was nice to see after a year I recognized 2 (Tynasson and Tom) employees working there. I have AT&T cell phones and Direct TV. Kept Verizon for internet per their suggestion.
I was at the store with my phone in my hand. I've been paying the bill for 5-10 years. But, somehow I'm not an authorized user so even though the guy could tell I obviously needed a new SIM card, he couldn't let me have it. I called my wife to make me an authorized user, they told her to use the APP - it took them a long time to get to that point, and she had a bad connection. So, she had to bring the phone home and I have to do this all over again tomorrow.
I’ve had more than a few interactions with AT&T over the years, most of them good. But my experience yesterday at the 701 N Central Expwy in Plano was exceptional and that’s due to Tom. He’s a wonderful, kind man who helped me transfer data from my old iPhone to my new one. I just can’t say enough about him. Tom turned a tedious task into an enjoyable afternoon. Thanks Tom! And thanks AT&T for hiring such a great person!
Okay, this location has an employee name Ken J, and I must say his customer service is beyond the best. I had many questions, he answered all and explained the best. All 5 stars only goes to Ken J and his customer service. Thanks a lot!
Was there around 3 in the afternoon to upgrade phones.the service was quick, everyone was friendly, I would totally go again if I needed anything.

Went in to purchase a phone with family. Didn’t wait long and the staff weren’t pushy. I left with what I went in for and that’s all I truly needed.
I broke my iPhone and brought a different phone with me to replace it. Bradi was great and patient with me. Very friendly and helpful. Got my SIM card swapped out and got my software update and cloud backup installed without issue.
My family and I been going back in forth with this at&t for over a year in a half with there buy one get one free bogo sale and how we never received a receipt for our transaction so it took one of the older employees to figure out that we had been over charged 300+ dollars for the IPad mini that was listed at that time for 49.99 then the sale rep that first help us could never figure out what happen from the began. So just be aware when spending your money with this At&t.
Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. From the moment I stepped in the door, till I left, I was treated with like a customer should be treated. Bought 2 new phones with the accompanying plans. Everything was carefully explained, every question answered.
