The child support officer in Richmond TX is the WORSE! I submitted paperwork months ago and because of her insufficiences, my reimbursments were denied although the other parent said he would pay.

Every time i have called to get any info the representative who has helped me has always been so nice and helpful. Always professional and willing to educate me in the subject which I am still new in learning. People like Ariel make all the difference.

My granddaughter been needing her child support for over 3 years. Will she get it ever from looser parents,?

Very poor service and they didnt even show up to work this morning and there was nothing posted to make the public aware of what the hours would be for today 9/20/19

My experience was not bad at all came in 15 mins before My appointment of course waited For a few mins to be called and was in and out. The caseworker assigned to us was very helpful and respectful.

The girl at the window definitely hates her job. They have a voice intercom at the window that is so loud everyone in the small waiting area can hear your business. Horrible experience!

I signed up for auto draft as soon as the order and did my part but they still reported it to the credit bureaus as late. 6 entire payments were counted as late. This is my second time to have to pay child support. The same thing happened to me last time except it almost affected me in purchasing a house. Don’t report things on people’s credits when you are the ones at fault.

Worst experience been calling for days can’t get anybody on the line sent me a paper with the a date schedule on a Saturday but they are closed! So I can’t ask to reschedule because DAMN PEOPLE DONT ANSWER THE PHONE.

What a pitiful waste of time calling all of the Houston area offices for any legal information on anything except child support! Hello! There is other areas of legal public information that is needed other than that related to child support! Unbelievable! Oh, it would not let me post this review unless I rated it with at leas one star.

They handled my case quickly and professionally. My case worker was very knowledgeable. New location across the street. Lots of chairs so you don't have to stand and wait like the old location.

You guys really need to put yourselves in the custodians place. Get off your asses and find these dead beats. I bet if they owed you money you would find them. Enough is enough. Your methods of doing things is so not good. Slow slow

And I called them today 12/27/2017
To be told they are closed today due to holiday. Hmmm but hours of operations today says their open today.

These workers shouldn't get paid a thing, idk why is it up to them for you to see any results they do nothing to help you, and all they do is say wait till next month to call us, and if you try and speak your mind they catch a attitude quick. Why is this system so messed up the government needs to pay attention to what's going on in these child support offices because it's a shame that father's can get away with not taking care of their children because of careless people working at these attorneys general offices.

The only reason they have a star is because you can not post your review unless they get a star but trust me they honestly deserve no stars at all. This office is about the laziest, unprofessional OAG office I have ever been to in my life. If you are sent to go this office they will NOT handle your case. They lose paper work so make sure you get some kind of record indicating you turned in or even went to their office. They will ass drag on your case in that office. I have been waiting on a modification for 7 years and still nothing. This office needs to be shut down or all staff need to be replaced with someone who really wants to work!

I wouldn't even give this place a star but just to leave a review. You're better off not wasting your time. They will do NOTHING to help you. All they tell you is to keep checking in. A year later and I'm still at square one. Smh what a joke.
