A big shout out to Jackie for taking such good care of me during the purchasing process, even through we had some problems along the way (my fault not hers) she remained upbeat and positive and went above and beyond what should be expected. I would also like to thank Hanna for stepping in when I got there well before my appointment time, and Jackie was busy with another customer (great team work) also to Ryan for his input as well. Although it was a long process (again my fault not Atzenhoffer's) I give thanks to the entire team. I will recommend and return if I need you service again.

Casey Koop goes on line and bashes the very people that build the product you sell. I’d hope people would spend their money elsewhere.

It appears that Mr. Casey Koop thinks very little of the UAW. YES, the same folks that endure unfair contracts so he himself can support his family. Mr. Koop doesn’t realize that we have UAW members that are making $15 a hour. Mr. Koop for some reason thinks that we the UAW went on strike “just to affect him”. No, Mr. Koop we are on strike for Fair Wages, Work/Family Balance, Medical Packages for ALL! Mr. Koop have you ever been denied permission to attend a loved one’s funeral because one of the Big 3 FORCED OVERTIME? Have you ever missed one of your children’s school events because you were FORCED to work 12 hour shifts? Have you ever had to work 90 days straight (yes including Saturday & Sundays) due to Critical Status? Until you have had to endure some of the conditions we suffer, please DO NOT SPEAK ON US!

Your parts department manager, Casey Coop, is bashing the UAW on his social media. We build the vehicles on that car lot. Blood, sweat and tears go into those vehicles. Without us, there is no you and he wouldn't have a job and frankly he shouldn't since he doesn't appreciate the sacrifices we've made in 2009 to keep the company afloat. We just want back what we've lost

Bashing the Uaw is a quick way to get black listed from the membership. Fire the dead weight then give a real statement about how you care

Transmission replacement.once I got my car back three weeks later MS Liz told me it will take two days not three weeks.my vehicle's transmission is making a whining noise when accelerating my car transmission still not running good
I paid for new transmission and got junk I thinking about getting an attorney. I took it back the next day MS Liz.told me to wait tall it gets worser then bring it back.
