Good experience! My son and bestie test drove my new 2019 Cadillac because of my work schedule. Everything was handled by phone, texts and emails. Plus a courier was sent to me to sign the documents. I wish that part could have been done through DocuSign though. Salesman was willing to drive the truck to me but I ended up picking it up. And he helped me figure out how to use the gadgets. Plus he has been available since the purchase.

Our salesman Angel made the process of purchasing our 2019 Ford Explorer Sport SUV very smooth. We live in Florida and found it on the website. The business manager David made sure all of our paperwork got to us and everything was went well. We arranged to have a car carrier pick it up and Angel stood by through all the process to make sure it was secure to head to us. Whether you live in Texas or not, we highly recommend Audi fort Worth. We love our SUV!

Ethan is the best. He delivers great customer service, very detail orientated, and acknowledge. I have been a repeat customer working with Ethan only after another "mechanic shop" mis-diagnosed my Q7. Audi was able to diagnose the issue and repair. Overall very happy with their service! Let me start by congratulating Alex Bagherloo for building a very professional team at Audi Fort Worth. My experience with Alex and his team at Fort Worth Audi has been superb.

Not only the buying experience was made EASY, but they also went leaps and bounds to provide excellent service at the time of need, especially when I had a broken windshield situation, and there was no line of sight of parts availability within the DFW area.

The team ensured that parts arrived on time and got my car out of the service center asap.

Everyone at Audi Fort Worth was thoroughly professional, and I definitely will come back and recommend it to everyone.

I’ve always had a great experience with Alex, from buying a car to parts sales and service. He and his team are fantastic.

Upgraded my A5 to an SQ5 with Audi Forth Worth! Anthony was very responsive and made the car buying process seamless from start to finish. He was communicative as soon as I contacted him about the car and from test drive to trade-in I felt like I was in good hands. Even the Business Manager, David, was a pleasure to work with; he made contract signing easy and answered any questions that came up. I feel like I got a great price on my trade-in, and a solid price on my new car which I'm absolutely obsessed with. Got the best price in the country on a used Audi!

Update, no license plate 100 days later, multiple trade in and title paperwork errors. Whole door panel electrical system faulty, wasn’t covered to fix even as a certified Audi? !

Thank you so much, Audi of Fort Worth! My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called the service department and was scheduled for a diagnostic two days later. Tie Johnson, my Service Advisor, was so helpful. She made sure my kids and I were comfortable while the team completed the assessment. I had repair recommendations faster than I expected, with a plan to get the part and service the car the same day! We were shuttled to lunch, saw a movie, and my car was ready to be picked before we left the cinema! The team was excellent! They have my business, and I Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I really Enjoyed the Inspection Video from the Technician letting you know everything that will need service on your vehicle. Also while waiting I like how Audi sends a text with all of the difference prices along with a video of your vehicle. From arriving to the service area to leaving. Antonio Top has been the best salesman I’ve ever done business with by far. He was extremely helpful and understanding through the entire process and I can’t thank him enough for the car I was able to purchase. Complete life saver! Service was great. Tyler was easy going and informative and got me into a nice loaner.

Not so great:
- loaner wasn’t clean and smelled like gym clothes
- oil change full synthetic price is pretty high $129
- car was returned about 60% clean

If the loaner was clean and the returned car was spotless then I could see the higher price for oil change. Overall I’d suggest going to their grapevine location

I am extremely disappointed in the service that I received. At this point I’m thinking of getting rid of my car so that I NEVER have to deal with Audi EVER again. Audi close at 6 pm I dropped my car off Wednesday a little after 3pm. Service advisor Tie Johnson checked me in explaining will not get to my vehicle until first thing in the morning. Why I don’t know prior to dropping off said 2-4 hour wait did I want to wait I said no. Never received a call the next day I had to initiate the call after 11: 30 when stated day before she would call me around 9am. I was advised will get my car later in the evening. Unacceptable if I dropped it off the previous day. Tie called me back with no concerns of mine only to tell me she will have my car washed and ready to go if I need to come pick it up never addressed my concerns. Finally called back and ask why was I getting an alignment I said I replaced a tire never advised me something else wrong with my vehicle. Tie knew at that moment I didn’t need an alignment and proceeded to service after telling me my car is being serviced I received a text of a list of things needed. If I need a control arm why proceed with an alignment? Never explain I will have to get another alignment after replacing the control arm. With that being said I was ripped off paying for something at the time was not needed and she was too dam lazy to have that explain to me. The only thing she thinking is getting money out of me. Tie doesn’t know how to answer questions when in fault made an attempt to conclude conversation to get me out of the service department when I questioned her about none explanation of her lack of communication with is unprofessional. If she doesn’t know the protocol she better off answering the phone and only relaying messages. I will be fighting for a refund and NEVER deal with this location again
