I had to bring my car in for an unexpected repair. Ash was my service advisor and she was wonderful! She got me into a loaner, which was a blessing, because I would’ve been car-less for 3 weeks. She even got my tow bill taken care of without me even asking. During the whole process, she remained in constant contact and kept me updated on the status of my car. She is truly one-of-a-kind!

Im not gonna lie, i absolutely dread dealerships. As an avid DIY mechanic i bought my Audi with the full intention that I would be doing most of the work myself. However, my vehicle is currently still covered under an extended warranty. I made an appt.fully expecting to be talked down to, talked into unneeded repairs, talked into a new car, made to feel inferior because my car was older and used, and surprised with an enormous surprise bill for services i didnt request or authorize. I am very pleased to say that none of the above was the case. The process at Sewell was very efficient. The staff was incredibly courteous. Diagnostic fees were discussed up front. Communication throughout the service was fantastic, and no surprise bill or upsells just straight facts about what they found from inspections and the choice to act or not. Although the pricing is typical dealer premium it was a very satisfactory experience and I wouldn't hesitate to return for any reason other than not having enough money to cover repairs.

Such a nice change in service. Wonderful people to work with. Out of dozen different dealership I’ve dealt with in past the team here is super nice and helpful. From the sales to the service team no one is pushy about their products. They are helpful and honest when they are unable to assist. Absolutely love that.

Very poor customer service,
We went there last Saturday and looked at a car petter one of the sellers approved to keep the car for us till today which is a Tuesday. We even offered to put deposit down but he said no need for that.
All the sudden Peter called 30 minutes before we were supposed to be there to do all the paperwork and said they sold the car this morning.
This is very unprofessional. They could of called us before they sold it. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Best car buying experience I ever had. Bought an A8L for my wife as a surprise and Garrett Wies even showed up to my house to show my wife how to work all the tech. Top notch dealership for sure!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Bought a new Q3 for my daughter and the salesperson I worked with, Charlee Brown, went out of her way to make it a special day. Could not be happier! Everything from finding the car we wanted to the big red bow was executed to perfection. 5 stars!

Charlee assisted me with my car buying process. She was very patient as we went over a lot of detailed information, different options, interior/exterior features. In doing so, Charlee created a streamline process which made it very easy towards me making a final decision. I would also like to compliment Charlee on her knowledge and subject matter expertise about the products Audi offers. If you are looking for the perfect vehicle and a great salesperson to assist in making the right decision, I recommend Charlee. Her services was above amazing and what I expected. Having never never purchased a Audi before I spent at least 4hours initially with Charlee and her skills and patience remained top tier. Providing customer service consistently is not always easy and you mastered this very well. I am so appreciative of your kindness and professionalism, I also recommend you ask for Charlee when visiting Audi in McKinney you will not be disappointed.

I love going to this particular Audi dealership. Ash was fantastic and they are very helpful. Even though they didn’t have any loaners, they paid for my Uber. Great job guys!

Absolutely the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. My salesperson, Charlee Brown, was so helpful during my experience. I went to the dealership on a Saturday evening thinking I knew exactly what I was looking for but she was so knowledgeable about the Audi brand and after listening to her, my mind was changed from my original selection. I went Saturday and picked up my vehicle the following Monday morning. Although I loved the car I traded, I am ECSTATIC with my new Q7. She took the time to show me the features of the car and how to use them. She made me aware of Sewell's commitment to deliver loaner cars to the customer. Every step of the process was POINT ON! Thank you Charlee for a SEAMLESS experience!

I really have nothing good to say about my experiences with Sewell Audi McKinney. I had a tire replaced, and during the replacement there was some paint damage that occurred during the process. Which I was compensated $200 off a future service. I settled which wouldn’t cover the cost to properly have it repaired.

Fast forward late May I had a couple of services done and also had my headliner replaced under warranty due to slight separation which they insisted on replacing and doing correctly. I initially wasn’t too worried about getting the headliner replaced but trusted that with the swell named they’d make sure it was done the right way, leaving me satisfied. BUT boy was I wrong! The quality of the work preformed on my car was pathetic. Pieces of the liner where sticking out and untucked, trim pieces where misaligned and not to mention the headliner at some point was FOLDED IN HALF! According the service manager I worked with this was “normal”. So I guess having a brand new headliner with permanent deep creased at the mid point on both left and right side is normal? Ridiculous.

After a of couple trips to dealership and swell pointing the finger at Audi and so on, still under “warranty” I have no answer on what action they’re going to take to make this issue right. It’s currently December and I’m still left with a beautiful Audi S3 with a damaged headliner out of all things, because I trusted they would do the job correctly. This is just ridiculous and leaves me with no hope when it comes to trusting dealerships working on my vehicles.

I came in today to check the Audi Etron and I was ready to purchase it, unfortunately due to my appearance and clothing, I felt that I was being discriminated. I went to the front desk to ask someone to help us and test drive the vehicle but I was told to wait but it took them a long time and just told them I am not interested in buying anymore. Sewell pride themselves about their great customer service and I felt ignored and discriminated.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. The service advisor said I would have a loaner car for my repair. I drove 66 miles to the dealership because I had a great experience previously. Once I arrived I was told nothing was available. I ended up going to Audi of Dallas and they were able to do all the repairs with a loaner.
