Had an excellent experience working with Justin W. He was thorough, knowledgable and considerate of both our time and our budget. Because of all of this we did end up spending more money in the long run- win for everyone but what matters most is we felt he was genuine and truly cared to get us into the exact vehicle we wanted and needed and I was very particular. This is my first “luxury” car and it’s amazing and my 11yo won’t stop talking about those showroom cookies.

By far one of the absolute best experiences I have had at any dealership.

A big shoutout to Barett Cliett for being absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely professional and courteous service. Would definitely be purchasing future vehicles with him.

Working with Brenda J.was wonderful! The entire experience working with her via phone and email due to my busy schedule made the experience when I came into the dealership painless. I absolutely dread the car buying experience and have had some negative interactions with other dealers in the past. The customer service and attention to detail provided by Sewell was refreshing and I will definitely recommend Brenda and the overall experience to others looking to purchase a new vehicle!

I have purchased many vehicles, over the years, and my purchase of the 2018 Q5 Prestige, at Sewell Audi North was by far the easiest and best purchase experience I've ever had. I've had 5 Lexus RX, and while the Lexus process was always good, Audi North, and especially my salesman, Bret Atwood, exceeded all my expectations. I had been looking and researching the Audi Q5, for a while, and their 2018 re-design was getting rave reviews, so when I started looking, I was having a hard time finding the Prestige, in the color I wanted, in stock anywhere. Audi North had the largest selections, by far, and Bret gave the pricing, over the phone, that beat any I had been quoted, so I went to the Dealer and bought my car, while it was still at the port. Bottom line, Bret was so easy to work with, and not having to go through the whole salesman process, back and forth with managers, was the reason I purchased from Sewell

We had a great experience with the service department. We were traveling from Dallas to Galveston and had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. Since our Audi has run flats, there was no spare and there was no tire store around with our type of tire. We contacted Audi roadside and they towed our vehicle to the dealership which was an hour and a half from where we were. By the time we got there it was closing time, but Rachel in service was already ready for us and had technician Ruben waiting with our tire. They both stayed after the service department had closed to help get us fixed up and back on the road. They kept our family vacation from being completely ruined. Thank you Rachel and Ruben for your kindness!

I live a few blocks from the dealership and I just bought an audi from a Toyota dealership, it was delivered to me with Toyota license plates and it did not seem logical for an Audi, so stop there and ask if they had those from Sewell for a few days until I got the Texas and the doorman who attended me, a man like 50 years old Latin made me wait like 10 minutes and when he came back he told me they did not have "What"? Then I decided to go to the other Audi that is more to the center and the attention was different. They gave me the license plate, they installed it for me, I gave them a $ 10 tip and now I can show off my car with Audi license plates and, of course, doing the advertising for Audi North Houston. Regrettable. Maybe my car is so old for carry Sewell plate. I don’t know

I was a sceptic at first because if all the TV commercials, but now I’m a part of he Sewell family. I will never buy another car from any other dealer. The level of attention to detail is unparalleled in comparison to any other car dealership I’ve ever been in! I wish I could give it more stars.

Excellent service and super friendly people. However, the cars and service prices are sky high. I love our Audi A4 but I'll not replace it with another one.

NO STAR! Hard core sales!
I went to service my car.
Horrible, did nothing for $600
35k service, Did not top off fluids, did not, put parts back on inside of car, did not wash or vacuum did not please me, I left & had to turn right back around, because all kind of lights were lit up on dash board. Can Not help without a $2000. For headlight clean, $ 8000 for a convertible top, which will end up with back glass unglued & factory, HEAD OF AUDI HAS DONE NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM FOR THE FUTURE! I COULD GO ON AND ON! SALES & SERVICE SO BAD. GREED GAME.beware!

Once again, stellar service. My car needed oil. They told me to bring it in and they would top it up. In and out in under 10 minutes, just enough time for a free latte and tasty cookie. Have no idea how they did it so quickly. Thanks Audi

I've been a loyal customer since 2008, and after 10 years, I still wouldn't own anything else. The vehicles are very nice, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back to this dealership! From the owner down to the lady who bakes the cookies are amazing!

Jose ornelas was my service advisor and he did excellently along with Kara Jaster my loan car manager, she also did a wonderful job getting me checked out. Much appreciation to the both of them for an awesome 1st time experience.

I believe that this particular dealership may be racist, or might have a problem with people of color. I came up to this place two weeks ago to look at some cars, and it seemed like no one wanted to help me or my mother. They all just stood at the front desk staring at us like we were beings from another planet. This didn’t occur when others were walking into the dealership. A friend called up to here asking what the problem was, and the representative said the dealership was “understaffed” that day. Really? There were plenty of people there to help us out, yet they chose not to because we happened to have a darker skin tone. If they had such a problem with “people of color” or ethnic groups other than Caucasians, then they should’ve just put a sign on the door saying “we will not serve colored people”. Seriously, racism is getting old.
