Audi North Park, Selma TX

This was my second time buying a vehicle from Nicholas Morrison at Audi North Park, and once again, he not only met, but exceeded all expectations. From finding the exact car my wife wanted, to arranging transportation overnight to Phoenix Arizona, Nick sets the standard for a vehicle purchasing experience.

The entire team at Audi North Park made my Audi purchase an enjoyable experience. It’s evident the staff and sales employees are committed to ensuring a great customer experience. The dealership is beautiful, the employees are all so friendly, and they took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely refer friends and family who are in the market for a new car to North Park!

Had my annual service today and always love coming in because the customer service is AHMAZINGA (Marina is Literally the BEST), and they always go above and beyond to not only service my vehicle but me as well! Definitely can't wait to come back and it didn't break the bank.only gave me what was NEEDED!

Sales process was very easy and efficient (even doing it remotely in N. Texas). The real struggle is on the service side. My car arrived with a minor scratch on the rear passenger door and it was like an act of Congress to get them to assist (got the car in June and took until November for a 1/2 viable solution). Emails to the Customer Care liaison and GM have gone completely ignored. Their solution was for me to drive 160 miles to a repair center with no loaner. If you buy from here just hope everything is in good order or you will face an uphill battle trying to get things resolved from a dealer that seems to honestly not care at all about the service side of the transaction. *** Adding this edit to include the emails/calls/texts that have gone unanswered since it was mentioned no emails were received: Todd (GM) June and October emails (which yes Todd in response to your reply I will re-send you in the hopes of getting this resolved), Sevi (Customer Relations Manger) October and November emails, Ashley (Service department) a call and text in October, Dilip (Sales) off and on communication (and I don't fault him as I feel he felt he was handing off the situation to people qualified to assist - as did I).

No gimmicks and straight forward pricing. Ended up leasing an sq5 after looking at the q7 as well. Anthony was of great help and gave all the help we needed. Found a model with exactly what we wanted and will have it here next day. Finance team gave some simple and not pushy options to add on to the vehicle. Entire process was painless and professional. I will definitely be back for something new in 3 years. I'll upload pics once it's delivered.

3 years later: since the kids are gone decided to get the s5 this time and same quality of service as before this time my sales associate was Jeaqueline. Did it all online via text/internet/ phone calls. Due to the pandemic options are low but she did an excellent job of finding what we wanted. I’ll be back in 3 years to probably try the rs5.

Melina in service always does a great job getting my vehicle serviced quickly and makes it seamless. She does a great job communicating with me and making sure I’m taken care of. I appreciate the service and professionalism at North Park Audi, first class!

Audi North Park was the most helpful dealership. I had seeked out various dealerships for an Audi but Audi North Park took in all covid precautions and I didn’t even have to leave my house. They answered each and every question (and I had so many) and they were so patient and never seemed bothered by that. Nate, Craig, Pedro and Cindy were all amazing and I am definitely going to be back. They took care of everything and honestly just made car shopping so much fun. Do your sanity a favor and just come here. These guys are great servicemen and it shows in the way they run this dealership.

Nick was great. Worked with me on price of a used car and fixed a cosmetic issue on a vehicle as part of the negotiation. It was fixed in less than 30 mins when I brought it in a fees days later and looks great. Would purchase from them again.

I had an amazing experience here at north park Audi in Selma. I called to schedule a oil change appointment and they went above and beyond on taking care of mine and my cars needs. They were direct with answering any questions I had about my vehicle, being a new Audi owner I had plenty! Mike directed me into their lounge area where I was taken care of while I waited on my vehicle. They followed up with video footage of my car being serviced. From start to finish every employee made me feel taken care of and my car was in safe hands!

NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. Customer service is terrible. They hang up on you, pick up your vehicle when they want, pick up drivers and staff are RUDE. I'm extremely disappointed with the staff and service I received. I will have to make the extra long drive to the DOMINION location. It's worth it. This was my first time here and won't return again.

We had a great experience at Audi dealership. Larry was our salesman.he did a thorough job explaining the features of the Audi for my wife. The lending process also went smooth. Definitely recommend speaking with Larry if you are considering purchasing an Audi. My wife purchased the Q8 model.

Upon arrival for our scheduled maintenance appointment, we were greeted by courteous staff and after I turned over the key to my Audi I had absolutely no doubt we were in good hands. Professional, courteous and efficient. Bravo Zulu Audi North Park! You guys are nothing short of exceptional.

Great service we were treated like family and given and amazing deal on our Audi Q5.my wife and I traveled 320 miles round trip - Our salesman Nate had everything in order for multiple vehicles ready upon our arrival. My wife picked the vehicle she like we signed papers and we were on our way!

I had a great experience at Audi Noth Park! Jeaqueline went out of her way to get me the car of my dreams. I had a specific color and interior in mind and they found the SUV when other dealerships told me it was not possible. I normally hate talking to the finance people but Craig made it easygoing and fun. He answered all my questions and gave me some advice about our future. We had to get the car delivered to us and Carlos drove the car down, put a big red bow for pictures, and set up the awesome tech. He even hooked up the SUV to our garage door opener. This is our 3rd Audi we normally go to the dealerships in Austin but Audi North Park was hands down my best experience. Normally buying a car is stressful but not at Audi North Park!
