I was looking into getting a nice car. I had such luck that I had visited 5 different car dealers in the McAllen/ San Juan area.to sum things up, I was very disappointment due to 4 out of the 5 dealer I visited no one bothered to even acknowledge my presence. My last stop was at Audi San Juan, Wow, I was blown away by the professionalism from our salesman Javier Paez! Very knowledgable and courtiers young man, I was so pleased that I returned the next day with my wife and purchased my new Audi. All of there staff that we dealt with were excellent! Highly recommend not only there brand but the way they treat you, with dignity and respect! Awsome!

I'm not a fan of the brand, as was even less so after leaving this place. This dealership isn't going to offer you anywhere near a reasonable amount for your trade-in. They want it for nothing, essentially. A greedy and seamy experience. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to San Antonio or Houston. That's what I did. I got what I wanted, and saved a lot of money in the process.

Had a Quick n easy buy on a little car I bought for my daughter. And thanks to Laurah for making it happen. Also thanks to Javier cuz he was able to get my 2nd set of keys for the car.

I bought a used car. They told me I could have the remaining factory warranty. With less than 700 left on the warranty I had a major issue
I was supposed to leave on a trip which would put me over the warranty miles. When I called to explain the situation they said sorry you didn’t purchase an extended warranty.
Didn’t try to do anything to help
I guess if you can afford a $65000
Car there service is great if u buy a used car they take your money and service after is non existent.

Great service, great people. I always feel welcome and well taken care of. I feel confident taking my Audi A4 in to see the doctor when it needs it. They treat their customers like their cars, with love and respect.

We were in a "desperate" situation to replace a Toyota Camry Hybrid whose HV battery had failed and wanted something much nicer. After spending days researching and driving Mercedez Benz, Jaguars, Land Rovers, and Lexus.we found a Q5 that we loved at the right price and right everything. Great experience from sales person, finance dept, through service dept. Our next vehicle search will definitely begin right here!

I had a good experience with this dealership. Like most dealers, there was a bit of gamesmanship but far less than other dealers in the RGV. To attempt at any scams or excessive lowballing of my trade in. I'd recommend them.

Service department is super helpful and very considerate. Loaner was ready for me when I arrived and they returned my A6 clean and ready to go!
