Where do I start? My experience with Audi South Austin from start to finish was on another level. First off trying to buy a car during a pandemic on my own was nearly impossible. I submitted so many online inquiries and the one that stood out was from Chris Austin. In the car game Chris is your true MVP! His response was cool, calm, and not overbearing in the slightest. Christina was very attentive to my needs and helped keep me informed. When I came to pick up, Christina was not available so Brittany stepped in to help out. She was super helpful and friendly. The entire service staff at Audi South Austin was amazing. I will be coming here for all my service needs from now on!
