Audi Sugar Land

I called at 1 PM on a Sat and asked if I could drop off my car at 4: 30 for an oil change. I knew the service dept closes at 5 so I wanted to make sure they were OK with me coming in late. The lady I spoke with was very nice and said it wouldn't be a problem and that they could provide a loaner car then call me on Mon when the service is done.

When my husband arrived at 4: 30 the two gentlemen gave him a hard time and said it was too late and that he would have to make an appointment to return on Mon. He was frustrated because that obviously wasn't what the lady told us over the phone. As he drove off one of the guys called and said Mon has no appointments available so he would have to come back at a later date. Needless to say we were very disappointed in how things were handled. The staff clearly misinforned us and wasted an hour of our time that we would never get back. We've been servicing our car at this Sewell location since 2017 but now we're hesitant to come back.

Edit: RJ, the service manager, took care of the situation and promptly called us to address the problem. We appreciate his willingness to listen to the client's concerns.

Chris Wilson and his associate Ahmed were both impressive and amazing.

After previous bad experiences with 2 other Audi dealers (one being another Sewell store) I honestly didn't think a deal could be done.

I bought my brand new Audi 2022 here. I love it. The staff here at Sewell Audi are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest they treat their customers like family. I brought my car in for service and I had the same car as a rental with all the bells and whistles. I even had EZ tag and free gas. I will get my next Audi from here when I trade it in 2 years.

Our sales consultant was Chris Wilson, he deserves a bonus, promotion, and a raise. Chris went above and beyond to ensure that we were treated perfectly and that we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted. His customer service skills rival any that we’ve experienced. This guy is amazing.

Most people do not feel good about going into a car dealership. It’s something that we must do from time to time.
Going into Audi Sugar Land was a little “disconcerting”. It’s not what you’re expecting, at least it wasn’t for me. The sales associates, management, and the people in the service department were all “nice people”. They listened, they answered my questions, and they were truly helpful. No pressure to buy, no hidden fees, no dealer markup, no bait and switch tactics. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I see why people are loyal to this group.

Called to schedule an appointment for my 2023 Audi a week in advance, was not in the system the day of. Brandon was able to move some things around and made my availability within minutes, upon arriving treated me with the up-most respect. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or service their Audi.

I did not buy from here but I would definitely come back to here if I buy an Audi in the future my sales lady was very nice and knowledgeable while not being too pushy got to test drive the car with no issues or wait overall a good experience

I felt understood from the moment I walked in, no pressure, all my questions were answered with a vast knowledge of the Audi brand and model. I’m beyond obsessed with my new car and so grateful for this team and everything they did for me. I’ll never buy from another dealership again!
