This is the first dental office I visited since moving to Houston and I truly believe that God orders all of our footsteps when we are obedient. Dr. Van Slate and all of his office staff are some of the most pleasant, caring and thoughtful professionals you could ever ask for especially for a dental practice for those that dread the dentist. I will continue to recommend this practice to anyone that I encounter because in this day in age quality seems to be something that is non existent.

Always a pleasure! I’ve been going to August Drive Dental Care since I was a child. They are so good, I likely drive past about 400 other dental providers to continue the great care I’ve had since I was a child. My parents also still go here - it’s a family affair! Everything from Dr. Van Slate to the consistent dental hygienists to the front desk team (Shout out to Sherri!), they are fabulous!

I have been seeing Dr Jon Van Slate for over 20 years. His team always delivers the finest and most up to date in knowledge, techniques and care. Oral hygiene is one of the important componants to overall health in general and I know Dr Van Slate works with me as his patient to see me through. Kristen, my dental hygienist, is fantastic and works with me too as I have lots of issues with dental sensitivities etc. She sees that my cleanings are not uncomfortable. Great dentist and team!

The best! The only clinic in Houston with Air-Flow treatment for crowns. Dr. Van Sant and his staff do a wonderful job, even the receptionist is so kind. 6 stars.
