Austin 3D Dental

Not a big fan of Dentist in general but my recent visit with Dr. K and assistant, Andy, was a good experience. I feel confident with my treatment plan and will continue to be a patient here.

I visited the Austin location to get an assessment on some dental work, I was very happy to get a quote on the work needed, we traveled a total of 8hrs round trip, I paid my copay and come to find out that about 2 years later iam being charged 129$ because my insurance did not cover my total bill, very disappointed because I have been saving up to have the procedure done but I just payed the bill yesterday and unfortunately I will not be returning because of the way the billing procedures were done….

My experience at this dental practice was very thorough. The patient care staff at the front desk are also very helpful, pleasant, efficient, and responsive. They are a pleasure to work with, especially Andy.

I love it here! I got a really great deal on my braces and the front staff has always been really helpful and accommodating even when I have needed to reschedule/come in last minute. Dr. Chen is great and has been helpful every time I have questions! I even referred my two sisters!

Dr Ho is the best surgeon ever! He is honest and trustworthy. Dr Chen us equally as good of a dentist! Jeanne

Austin 3D Dental is amazing. The staff is wonderful! They are very kind and compassionate. I will recommend to everyone I know.

The dentist’s evaluation included 4 crowns and a rework on an old implant for $6150. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. His evaluation was for two fillings and a small repair to the implant for $385!

Like most people, I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Austin 3D Dental is amazing. The staff is wonderful! They are very kind and compassionate. I would recommend them for all of your dental needs.

I really regretted spending 3,000 US dollars on a dental implant here. At first, the tooth extraction and other things were fine, but after the custom-made crown was installed, the gap on one side was obviously larger, which caused the tooth to be blocked when eating, and If the gap is too large, there will always be a smell emanating from there, and there will always be a taste in the mouth. I went back to them before, but they didn't give any solution. I don't know if it is due to their technology or the material problem. I am very disappointed! ! !

Got an exam done today with Dr. Chen she explained everything perfectly to me and I even got a same day crown and filling done great and quick service

I only had one consultation so far but I am happy with the staff and how they worked with me to get what I needed done. I will be going back next month to start my implant journey, having 2 posts put in.
