What a place to work at - great support from team members and adminstration. Scholars enjoy coming to school to learn! The great thing is we are expanding so there are growth opportunites, This means we will be teaching, guiding, and coaching more scholars; so scholars can become community leaders.

My experience working at Austin Achieve Middle School as a paraprofessional has been transformative. I enjoy coming to work, knowing I will be surrounded by enthusiasm, positivity and understanding. It is an open and honest environment that promotes growth and a healthy mental state for both staff and scholars.:)
