Misty is professional, sincere and in ONE word AMAZING! Her space is clean, comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend her for acupuncture. I used her years ago when I was embarking on my IVF journey and ultimately had my son, years later I’m back for round 2. Life changing! Misty is an incredible practioner who can truly help you on your healing journey! I have stage 4 endometriosis and struggled with fertility along with a few other health issues for quite some time. After many years of trying to conceive, we decided to reach out to Misty for additional guidance in our natural fertility journey. We are now 14 weeks pregnant with our first baby and know we owe a huge thank you to Misty for this! Misty helped me to connect and listen to my body and did some incredible work to aide in healing it. She provides an approach that looks at your whole biological and emotional wellness to support your goals. Our fertility struggles were tough, but grateful they brought us to Misty so I could be given these new wellness teachings which I get to carry on for the rest of my life and to pass on to our future little one!

Misty is the best. Hands down. I'm on that infertility train, and as much as it suuuuucks, she's such a bright light along the way. Misty is the BEST! I started acupuncture when I had women's health issues that my doctor couldn't solve with medication. Within 6 weeks, Misty had resolved the problem. Misty has also continued to support me through the last year and a half of IVF. Her whole health, whole person, patient-centric care makes acupuncture one of the best parts of my week (even though I hate needles). She is very knowledgeable and has been helpful with a whole host of concerns, from trouble staying asleep at night and managing acne to lower stress levels and fewer headaches. I highly recommend Misty to anyone considering acupuncture.

My husband and I have been patients of Misty for about a year. During that time Misty helped us sleep better, control our allergies, and lead healthy lives. My husband was skeptical of acupuncture at first, but now he swears by it. Even though we are not currently receiving treatment, due to Covid, we are continuing to use Misty’s prescribed routine of acupressure to help keep our bodies in balance. Misty has been a wonderful addition to our medical care, not only for her abilities as an acupuncturist, but also because she is compassionate and listened to us and helped us find our way forward on our path to becoming parents. I started acupuncture as a skeptic who was willing to try something new while trying to conceive. I have come to really enjoy my appointments and have absolutely seen a positive impact in my health and overall well-being after practicing with Austin Acupuncture Studio for several months. Misty is very calm and encouraging and creates a very personalized and positive experience with her patients. No matter the issue or symptom we discuss (insomnia, increasing my immune system, or stress), Misty always has a pressure point address the issue. I have really enjoyed my experience and now encourage others to try acupuncture while going through infertility or pregnancy.

Misty rocks! She takes her time to listen to your concerns and addresses them in her treatments. I always leave my appointments with her more centered and in much less pain or discomfort. I have experienced treatments from at least eight different acupuncturist in Austin and Misty is hands down the best.
